Frustrating and little value
I'd love to export my data to compute VO2max, and see how I'm trending outside of the Ergatta rowing app. Unfortunately, that's not possible. This app is expensive and the customer service is terrible. Good luck trying to cancel if you decide to sign up. There's no way to do so through the app. If you write to customer service to try to cancel then they'll send you a form that you need to fill out.

They just keep increasing the price
Subscription price has increased to the point of absurdity. We are not getting enough new features to justify this. Really disappointed with this company because I enjoyed my rower.
Bare minimum
Does what it says, adds HR to your workout. Watch complications? No. Shortcuts for Apple Watch Ultra action button? No. Sometimes won’t connect? Yes.
Gives me a leg up!
Love Ergatta and the companion app. It helps me think proactively about my workout routine and always makes me want to row just a little bit more!

Perfect companion app
The Ergatta mobile app is a great extension of the on-rower app. Super helpful for planning workouts and getting push notification reminders for my weekly goals
What we’ve been waiting for!
Ergatta’s made it so easy and smooth to track your progress, manage your workouts, and keep your head in the race with this app. I can see my rankings and how I’m doing within the community as well as organize and browse all my favorite workouts all in one place. Best of all, I can sync it with my Apple Health App and have my workouts count toward my daily activity goals! Obsessed.

Game changer
Love to have his app on the go and especially motivating with the new goal setting feature so I can get notifications to my phone that encourage me to use my rower even more regularly and hit my fitness goals!

I love my ergatta rower and the app that pairs with it! The app provides quick and easy access to your stats and streaks which keeps you motivated and makes the experience more enjoyable. The interface and design are sleek and intuitive. All around a great product, both the app and the rower!! Highly recommend.

Stuck at log in.
As another user stated, I am unable to get beyond the log in screen. I tap sign in a gazillion times and no response.

Please fix the bug that doesn’t set active calories in the fitness app. Updated: Developer reached out indicating there was a limitation from Apple and they are working on a new integration. Latest update: over 6 months and no response from developers. Tried multiple mediums.
Incorrect Workout Dates Synced to Apple
App does not sync properly with Apple health/watch. You can make it work, but it’s always a bit sketchy. Also, the main reason I’m leaving the review is because $30 a month for what Ergatta offers is just ludicrous.

Motivation in my pocket
I love that I can track my workout history, see my stats, and how far along I am on the monthly challenge. Ergatta makes me want to compete against myself and the app helps bring me back.
