Frustrating waste of time
This app is a joke logs me out gps takes forever and can’t find me so no can time in or out. It was running great till update then boom, drama, drama.

The update just made it difficult/longer to log on
My employer uses this app for employees to clock in/out and with the last update just made it difficult/longer to log in. It logs you & have to go through 3 verifications now. Fix it please!!!!

It keeps logging me out of the app even though I have the ‘stay logged in’ option toggled on

You have to log in every time you get on the app. Their last update screwed everything up. It is slow. Just a pain to deal with.

Hello! It is incredibly annoying and inefficient to have to type my password every time I need to open the app to do my work. Please fix as soon as possible. It is slowing down the workflow for every single colleague of mine as well
Glitchy app
New update logs you out too often. Used to be better when logging in with Face ID
Update is worse
The new update from late June 2025 keeps logging me out on my shifts, and I have to re-enter my passcode. Somehow it didn’t take my clock-in time either, and I got a late alert. The app worked fine before the update.
Use to be good
I use this app for work, with the last update that happened the week of June 26th, I use to be able to just login with my Face ID on my iPhone, now it logs me out and I have to type in my password, I even added my password to auto fill and it now is 3 more steps just to log in where before the Face ID would log me right in and I would be able to navigate the app. I am happy to update my review once this update it resolved. Thank you.

Not reliable. Open the app just to see it say offline and not load the app.

My job has us using this app and it is horrible. Can’t find location half of the time doesn’t load won’t take me to my page. I had to take it off and re-download a few times.

Does not work on the iPad
This app doesn’t work on the iPad with or without an update. You cannot take notes . What’s the point of using it .
Problem with app
App seems to run real soon it spin a circle with internet on phone and i have verzion internet on I phone 12 it always logging you out personally the old app was 100% better

Most horrible check-in app ever
They just “updated“ and it’s horrible! The designers have to be smoking pot. It takes forever to load. And then when you try to enter information, a lot of times you can’t even scroll down to say yes or no! It’s horrible. Designed by toddlers.
Problems with mobile APP
Keyboard does not have a return key. Care notes has an issue. If you go back to change the notes or add information, you lose what you already put in for the day!!!
No horizontal support for IPad and Keyboard use
You cannot put the app horizontally for use with a keyboard on an IPad. Being able to type with a keyboard is much more efficient when working within time constraints. Almost every other app out there has this functionality. I strongly recommend adding this feature.
Worst system businesses beware
My company uses this system and we recently had a statewide outage. 2-3 weeks later, we’re up again but can’t reset our passwords as instructed. Can’t get ahold of the company. Each “support” specialist sends the same generic email with no help. Call the support helpline and it hangs up when you’re leaving a message. Can’t understand how this business still exists..
