ES- COMMUNITY MANAGER ES stands for EXTERNAL SERVICES - COMMUNITY MANAGER is the App for the service providers in the Community Manager platform. Using this App service providers can login view and manage the service requests. ES- Community Manager App consists of login screen, Dashboard, My profile, Open Requests/ Service Requests, Progress Requests, Closed Requests & Cancelled requests option. Dashboard consists Open requests – Customer sending service requests are coming here. In-Progress – The service requests in processing stage are display here. Closed – the closed service requests shows. here. Cancelled – the cancelled service requests show here. My profile – Viewing and editing profile related things.
