Hopeless not user friendly at all
Being a bank they don't know basics of app development. Adding beneficiaries is a such pathetic task and we have to add so much of details and after entering all details 70% it fails. Then again reenter details. Also while making payments to beneficiaries we need to scroll down and then select. The tech team cant give a simple search box. I have added more than 40 beneficiaries. Every time i have to scroll down to make payment. Its so irritating and useless app. ADD SEARCH OPTION TO CHOOSE BENEFICIARY WHILE MAKING THE PAYMENT IN YOUR NEXT UPDATE

Basics
The application appears quite basic and lacks user-friendliness. It would have been better if the development team had approached it more professionally, perhaps by reviewing other established banking applications and incorporating relevant insights.
Adding a new option
Hello esaf, The banking of yours is mostly good but i want a option to add. Can you add it very quickly. The option i want to add is
- To see the balance in the statement it means the app is good but that never show the last balance in the bank . So could please add the last balance shown in the bank statements in the esaf mobile banking app very quickly
