Hopeless not user friendly at all
Being a bank they don't know basics of app development. Adding beneficiaries is a such pathetic task and we have to add so much of details and after entering all details 70% it fails. Then again reenter details. Also while making payments to beneficiaries we need to scroll down and then select. The tech team cant give a simple search box. I have added more than 40 beneficiaries. Every time i have to scroll down to make payment. Its so irritating and useless app. ADD SEARCH OPTION TO CHOOSE BENEFICIARY WHILE MAKING THE PAYMENT IN YOUR NEXT UPDATE

The application appears quite basic and lacks user-friendliness. It would have been better if the development team had approached it more professionally, perhaps by reviewing other established banking applications and incorporating relevant insights.

Hello esaf, The banking of yours is mostly good but i want a option to add. Can you add it very quickly. The option i want to add is
- To see the balance in the statement it means the app is good but that never show the last balance in the bank . So could please add the last balance shown in the bank statements in the esaf mobile banking app very quickly

It was working properly. But after the updation 100% waste. What the … these IT department doing with this system.? Net banking also waste now. After 30 days of inactive status they need personal information to login. They are asking for registered email id. How can give a costomer not updated his email with the system? If mail not updated its showing invalid credentials and unable to login.

Statement PDF download option not showing
Hey.. for your attention, we couldn’t download the pdf bank statement. There is no option regarding to download the pdf statement. What kind of updation you have done???

Bring back the ability to see account balance available at the time of each transaction.

Loan section has nothing to view interest rate not visible schedule to download not available . Movement of interests rate not available . What kind of application is build . Atleast have some tab to view details
There is no option available to share the payment transaction slip.

Confused update very poor my OD account not showing. I planned to close the account with Esaf only due to mobile banking issue

After updating and registering again, the app prompts me to get the latest version while login.
App doesn’t work
Worst banking app ever. Constant crashes, login issues, and server errors every time I try to use it. Impossible to check my balance or transfer money when needed. Totally unreliable — don’t waste your time.
