त्यसै पनि ट्रन्जेक्सन पछि ईसेवा को मोबाइल बैंकिङ एप्समा जस्तो म्यासेज "sms" आउदैन । आईफोन मा ईसेवा मा "in apps notification" मात्र आउछ जुन हेरेर मात्र थाहा हुन्छ। ह्वाट्सएप्स मा जस्तो कस्टम नोटिफिकेसन रोज्न मिल्ने भए "in apps notification" आउदा त्यस्लाई अल्लि सुनिने खाल्को टोन सेट गरेर ईसेवा बाट म्यासेज आयो है भन्ने कुरा थाहा पाउन सजिलो हुने थियो।

Worst customer service! That stupid rude guy on phone ….Kina , k garna ko ho hudaina that’s not how you talk to customers, esewa needs to train the staff how to greet the customer !! What’s an absolute idiot was on phone with me today ?

App is not monitored well. KYC verification took forever never got to use app anyway.

I wouldn’t recommend this rubbish to anyone. I tried to setup the account but it’s been more than a week doesn’t accept the documents.

0 responsiveness. The only automation they have while calling is the system operator who asks to wait in the queue. Once the turn is finally there after waiting for such long duration, there’s no real person to talk to who speaks and resolves the issue. It’s basically a blank system. From such a big giant company, this is something intolerant. I have faced this issue not only once but multiple times. It is understandable sometimes, however they are consistent in non improvising the service.

Very disappointing customer support experience. I have tried contacting the support team through both their live chat and Instagram, but it has been more than a month and I still haven’t received any response.
Being ignored for such a long time is frustrating, especially when you need assistance. Customer service should be more responsive and reliable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their support.

Wasted more than 15 minutes of my life trying to fill in kyc which didn’t go through

You can’t chat with anyone whether its in esewa app in facebook in instagram they don’t care anything such as us-less customer service telling to create ticket every single time but when you try to create it says you have more than one ticket come on suckers
