TERRIBLE!! The eSIM does not work. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and was completely ghosted. I had no working phone and was stranded. Stay away!

Ghana sim does not work
I purchased a very highly priced data bundle and it has not worked at all. It latches to the worst networks and doesn’t hold for more than a few seconds

I don’t know if u delete eSIM u can’t get back I have not even used 1gb

Over the years of use several Sim cards as part of the travel industry, this one has been the least supportive of any of the ones so far, generally when there’s a problem, it should be taken care of immediately, and it seems that when you connect to the chat, there’s nobody there. I keep gaming an error message, which is the code and QR code. I’m assuming is not valid. This is not a very good beginning.

Unable to activate as it stated no longer valid
I follow the steps to achieve the e-sim and when I tried them it told me my e-sim was no longer active. I tried concentrating customer service and they were no available for chat only for email. I had to use my phone plan :( which was more expensive

Don’t use this app. Its low key scam. I purchased a plan from this app while in South Korea. Unfortunately It did not work at all. I reached customer service and had to find wifi to connect to email. the customer service people just made excuses to not help and falsely acused me of lying which was dumb. I demanded refund. Fortunately the App Airlow is way better and It instantly gave me good internet without excuses.

Prices are high for what you get, not worth it. We went to Ireland and walked into a cellular store and got unlimited data plan for like $30 usd and that was good for a month. This company is taking advantage of people

Imposible to use it
I could not use it, I asked for the money back and I haven’t heard anything back from them.
Data get consumed illogically fast
I charged my phone 3 times in few days, last charge was 10gb, got consumed in couple if days, I only use it for maps, last day i checked before leaving the house and found 500 mb remaining in my balance, I left the house and used the maps for like 30 min then the data was completely consumed, thats impossible a map can consume 500 mb in 30 minutes drive, I believe this is a scam and dont recommend anyone to use it, they should show a tracker of the data u consume

Paid for 7 days. Doesn’t work!
Paid for 2GB for USA. Can’t use it at all even though it says active. I have to rely on free wifi to get by

Vodafone left me stranded with no support for data increase whilst working abroad in Scandinavia (I’m self employed!!!). Re:SiM have enabled me to continue working, earning money, and staying in touch with my loved ones. AND i’ve had 5G throughout!!! I will continue to use Re:SiM on all my travels. Thanks
