Password reset again!
Esl keeps making me reset my password for my business account. Very annoying since I have used a password generator
Not very user-friendly
Constantly having an update the password and then having it not recognize the devices I use all the time it’s a pain in the butt. Do better.

been using this app for many years. still works great! still have to change my password every few months. asking again to fix this. it is an outdated practice that is more unsafe than secure.
Change password
Really frustrating that if I need to change my password I have to talk to the chat and wait forever each time! Not sure why the feature was removed to do it on my own.
Why so different?
The regular personal ESL app is great. The business app is unfriendly, clumsy, awkward, and difficult to use. Additionally, the constant requirement to changes passwords so absurdly frequently is a hassle. No one has time for this.
Transfer Drop Down errors!
The app used to work well, however, recently the app will not populate the accounts in the drop down to transfer money. This is a very frustrating problem when funds are needed to be accessed.

Change your password too much
This business appl makes you change password every 60 days. I am a landlord so every other month I have to screw with changing instead of simple deposits. Then you have to also redo the Face ID to make that work
