Downloaded the app because I am getting ready to travel to Singapore soon and wanted to be prepared by making a rewards account anyway to fill up my rental car. App constantly crashes when I open it and gives me popup “Error A1001”.

Just stopped working all of a sudden. Keeps showing an error message or saying internet is offline.

Buggy login

When the app works, it’s fine. Unfortunately, any login issues and the app or backend completely breaks down and support fails. Account maybe gets locked (guessing) but phone support can’t see or do anything about it. Eventually after multiple phone calls and manual resets and uninstalling / reinstalling it may work again

Error error error

Something wrong , error on our end… the app kept stating. After multiple restart of the phone, reinstallation of the app, the problem still exist. Terrible
