Expected the Esta application to be difficult to my surprise it was so easy !

I expected more
I would have expected the app to read and use all the info in the passport. There are many places where o had to enter the details myself. Also it doesn’t take apple or google pay, which is annoying because you have to enter the payment details manually

Country selection could default to the last country selected rather than starting from the top every single time.

‘Zeros’and ‘O’ as well as ‘one’ and letter ‘I’ easily confused. Makes retrieving an Esta application a nightmare.
The Process
The application was unresponsive at the payment section and then took me to the final step where I had to print out my application without making the payment. However I continued the next day and payment was enabled. Aside this disconnect, it’s a smooth process.
