Very efficient app that is easy to use and very responsive.

We travel to the US every year and this app makes doing our ESTAs so easy as well as having them easily accessible on my phone for the whole family.
Ok but clunky
Ok but clunky. The payment page failed to load
Clunky and unreliable
Surely the government can do better than this? Clunky, wouldn’t read the passport (took about 20 attempts), no autofill options. Very time consuming.
ESTA Application
I found the process easy to follow and complete. I was surprised that I could not update my old one by checking details and updating as required during a review process. But completing it again was easy. Cheers Walkaraka

Application process
Straightforward to use however the page doesn’t move forward to process application. It’s easier to use on desktop

Verification codes should avoid 0 and o and I and 1 otherwise confusion reigns.
