ESTA review from Ramachandra Poinen
Excellent service very efficient
ESTA app is the best!
That’s right, it’s the one to use for ease with your US trip 👍🏼
Photographs
Really difficult to try and take a selfie for a baby . Lots of tear s and not just from my grandaughter
Efficient and easy
The process was very clear and easy to follow
Good
Easy to follow and fill in
Easy as to use
Great website easy to use app good as gold
Visa Waiver
It all worked smoothly and I waiting until I had my whole program completed. During peak hours our internet is terrible so I waited until the next morning to complete my application.
difficult to get app to accept UK mobile phone numbers and landlines
app works ok except for inputting phone numbers which take a few attempts to accept
Esta application
Easy to complete overall but takes so long as requires way too much information.
Muy facil de usar
Bastante practica y segura, recomendada
Painful to use
Won’t be using it again I much prefer the website. Can’t see how I can pay for 4 applications in one go so had to enter card details 4 times which triggered fraud declining the card. Major head ache. Lots of repetition when doing for a family when all the information is all the same, could be so much more streamlined it’s a terrible app but managed to get my applications done anyway just took about 10x longer than it should have.

Straightforward
Surprisingly straightforward for a government service
App does not work
You cannot currently enter you nationality and a few other things after taking your biometric photos. Does not allow save and exit either. Needs to be fixed

THE SAFEST WAY TO GO…
So close yet so far
This app makes it easier to apply for the ESTA but then seems to forget the most important detail - ongoing application status. If I've applied using the app it should remember my application and be able to provide a status update
Straightforward ESTA application
First time using the app. Found it fast and straightforward
Easy to use
Very efficient
ESTA mobile
