A little complicated - took several tries but completed the application in the end.

公式GOVのアプリ探してみんな書いてる通りパスポートのスキャンと、写真撮影自撮り私は6時間ぐらいかかってしまいました。もう最悪疲れて寝転がって撮影してふと思ったんですが、前髪と思って前髪をあげたら通りました。あと日本語で書いてるのに英語でちゃんと答えま怖いから印刷もしておきますが、ちゃんとファイルでダウンロードしても何も印刷されてないものが来たりとかちょっとあまり使えないアプリですね。お金ケチったのかしら？

Tricky for people who are short sighted
Generally the app works well. But I am very short sighted so when taking a photo of myself without warning glasses I cannot see the instructions.

Remember waiting for hours in a queue with 3 small children at Chicago airport.
But, took multiple attempts with delay in between to pay - and the paypal button took me to a site that didn’t materialise.
