App won’t log you in
It’s a little concerning when you’re unable to get into the app to do trades. 8/25/26 and I’ve yet to be able to get my portfolio to open up through the app. I can log in through the desktop, but the app continuously spins and never opens up upon logging in.
New Version Won’t Open
Installed the latest version and it won’t let me sign in, circle just goes round and round until it crashes and closes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarted phone, downloaded latest IOS, and still won’t let me log in. What’s up with that? I can’t be the only one this is happening to.

App no longer works
Same problem as others. After recent update app spins at login screen and does nothing.
Login issues
I’m only able to login once before I get a never ending ring on subsequent login attempts. I end up have to totally uninstall and reinstall for it to allow a login again but then any subsequent attempts I just get a login ring and it never logs back in, what’s up?

Garbage. I mean I can’t even log in but I’m supposed to trust you with my money? HA!
Recent update bug
Won’t work after recent update. Login would be frozen after first time login.

Version 15.6 login failure
Everything works fine until I was forced to update it to version 15.6 for iPhone. Login screen with correct credentials spins for more than 30 seconds then back to the original loading screen asking for password. Tried three times same result. The same credentials works on full site on my computer. Please fix it! Thanks!!

Latest update buggy
I can only open this updated app once. Second login produced a spinning circle for several minuted until I delete the app and reinstall again.
Update doesn’t work
Just updated the app today, 8/21, and now I can’t get into the app at all. After entering credentials, it takes me to a screen where the loading icon just continually runs in a circle and doesn’t take me to my accounts. Need ETrade to update this asap and correct.
Too many required app updates
Updates happen too often and they force me to update. Not good!
BEWARE
Do not use this app. e*trade will charge you ridiculous operation fees and then sell your stocks without permission to get these fees. Robinhood does not do this. Morgan Stanley/e*trade is a scam.
Long time user
It has always been sub par compared to the app I use for another popular trading company. Now I cannot open my account after the last update which it said was required.

Pales in comparison to Robinhood. Nothing is where it needs to be and nothing functions as it ought

Why did you remove stock futures??? And why must I now log in to see my watch list??? You are slowly ruining the app
Automatic Single Stock Purchases
Please expand Automatic Investing to individual stocks, with dollar-based fractional purchases and weekly/biweekly/monthly schedules.

I’ve been asking them for five years to fix the app. It says I have half the money that I have in the account when login to the website.
