Looks like I had some CD’s come due and no one contacted me. My Rep. Terry Wallace hasn’t contacted me in over a year. I opened another account depositing 500,000. Expecting the $2000 bonus to find out that I had to go through a rep. So now I don’t qualify. Don’t worry I’ll be leaving with all my money and spreading the word of the poor service.

They’ve screwed it up
The latest screwup is I get the incessant popup to update the app, even though it is updated. Before that, closing the stock option details would take me back to the chain. Now it exits the chain and stock entirely and jumps out to the start. Why can’t they just leave it alone. This used to be a great app.

Poor notifications
They took issue with the fact that I had deposits from three different sources, but the app tells you nothing. I submitted the documents they asked for, and they said nothing. I called them and they pretended like I should have known something they didn’t communicate at all, no notification, no system message.

Please bring back Extended Hours data. Allow users the option to toggle on/off. The app was much better in the previous version that displayed EH data all the time.
Features
App is reliable, but sometimes after leaving app open it won’t let you close or open a position and needs to be reset. The screen never advances to finalize position. Also, should have overnight options for SPX. All other competitors have it.
Just updated and it keeps on asking me to update
App has a pop-up saying to update. I updated, and the new version still has the same pop-up with every screen. unusable

Great brokerage, terrible app
App keeps telling me to retry logging in. I have to go into the menus, log out, and then log back in. Terrible.
Terrible app made even worse
Would you like to be spammed with a demand you update the app every screen you navigate to? No? What if there wasn’t an update available? Hahaha I bet you really want that. How about an app whose navigation was designed by shuffling papers around until nothing made sense? Incoherent notifications? Constant advertisements? A real winner.

Options price delays
Dropping from 3 stars to 1. The app is unusable until they fix the options price delays. How can you day trade options when they price the app displays is 15 minutes behind? Unusable. Have to resort to using the website to trade until this is fixed.

Literally does not allow you to transfer money anymore. Endless loading screen.
App malfunction
The Transfer Funds option in the app is not working. It allows you to pick accounts, enter an amount, select a date, etc but then the PREVIEW button does not activate to continue the process.
Takes forever for funds to go through.
From deposit to time of confirmation takes 3 business days not counting the weekend and you can trade on the 4th after making your transfer. In the year 2026 waiting so long for funds to be confirmed is ridiculous when we all know the banks and E*trade confirm these transfers within a day now.

Usually a great app, but even after the update, it keeps cycling after you enter your password or use Face ID. You can’t view your accounts so please fix this.
