Options price delays
Options prices are delayed. Never was in issue until recently. Makes it impossible to day trade when you don’t know the current, real time bid/ask. I’ve reverted back to using the desktop UI for trading, which isn’t ideal. Please fix.

Why the app removed the chart for after hours trade? E*Trade is my everyday trading account. It makes me to use other app.
Can’t see the portfolio view the year to date or 12 month performance
It shows total performance in interest rate and dollar form, but it does not show a 12 month performance or a year to date performance. Please at least add the 12 month performance and it would be great to have the year to date also.
They remove actual traders with an edge
Once they realize that you have an actual edge and that you can be consistently profitable, they will ban you without any clear explanation. I guess only the big boys are allowed to have an edge.
Absolute worst broker by far
I’ve never used a worse platform for trading options than this one and I am taking my business elsewhere. It’s really bad. They never fill your orders at the prices shown. They literally steal your money through bid-ask spreads and charge a bunch of hidden fees. This business is literally scam. Their entire business model is stealing your money. Avoid at all costs.

Dysfunctional
App used to be very good. These days, it freezes all the time. Needs to be fixed!
15.5.1 doesn’t have after hour quote, chart doesn’t show pre and post market info, just terrible job

Great app, one big problem
I love E*Trade, it is genuinely a great trading app, but there is one problem, the stocks are delayed, sometimes like 5mins, and I know that it happens for all apps but for E*Trade, it happens a lot. Still a great app!
Chart missing something
The new 15.5 version has a problem on my iPad showing the after market and pre market on the watch list chart.
No futures
Etrade just can't get their act together. No Futures on the app the night before and none this morning. They constantly screw with the app. Still News issues. IT department needs to wake up. How about some strong coffee?

Please add app widgets i hate having to sign in all the time to look at my portfolio. I would love to see a widget on my Home Screen showing portfolio analytics also i don’t know why but my portfolio analyticts don’t work.

Terrible app and terrible customer service. No wonder Robinhood stock has been rocketing
Sign up Bonus
I tried to create an account for the sign up bonus plus boosted apy. They only let me make one deposit and now I can’t add any more money for 60 days so I will miss the bonus. Customer service is essentially useless because they don’t have the power to override what the app says. So my account is locked and not only am I missing the bonus, but my money is trapped in the account. I’m pulling it out the second it unlocks and closing the account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Impossible to get a real person on the phone
Does not cater for international and ugly
Horrible sign up process, filled with americanisations (your an alien!), alerts show with American times, horrible at to look at, some messages or alerts don’t fit the screen, I will certainly find more issues using this, not my choice obviously.
