Fee’s are ridiculously high
You end up only receiving half of the money you have charged as Etsy seem to charge you for even breathing.
The app itself is easy to use and is straight forward in terms of selling a digital or physical item. Hence the 3 stars.

Easy helpful app
Most of the time I do all of my work on my iPhone, these fast working well-made easy apps make life and my Etsy shop so much more enjoyable
Showing listings twice
I hate this app for many reasons, the latest is that now it is showing my listings in the seller app multiple times. I looked in my shop and thankfully there’s only one listing there but it worries me that I’m being charged for the multiple. Also, when I go to select one to edit, it selects all of the same one that’s there. This is happening even after the update. This app has not been working properly since this version came around. The original app NEVER had this many issues but this one? There is a problem every single update. For what Etsy takes in fees, plus allowing AI and mass produced products, you can at least give us an app that works. (The original Etsy never would have allowed such items to be allowed on the site…the site was built on vintage handcrafted ONLY. It is what built it.)

Good but……
It’s been a few months now I’ve been selling on Etsy. Although it’s not as busy as I used to be on another platform, however, on the other platform (TT) where refunds are forced and paid back to the customer for worn & damaged outfits and jewellery. I’ve had customers saying that they received their order gave me a bad review and kept outfits and still got refunded by TTs so called “policy”.
As for Etsy I have more control over my shop and how I handle my account. It’s far less stressful and damaging for my business and I really am hoping it picks up. Just one thing about Etsy bugs me is the fees which are considerably higher than most platforms, I really hope Etsy re consider this as my small business doesn’t have a big profit margin and at times is hard to maintain.
