Blank screen coming opening app in tv
One of the worst app I have ever seen. Whenever app is logged in tv, post login screen appears to be blank and not able to see anything . Tried logout and restart multiple times but nothing worked and in fact tried reaching out customer care and no proper response received regarding the issue.Waste of paying $45 for the app without able to watch it on bigger screen

Such a painful to connect to tv. Mobile App connects with password . Tv app don’t connect to mobile app. If we try to login with Sam gmail id , it connects with OTP and shows as new profile. Please correct it . We spend 45 usd for th subscription but is not connected to tv
Buggy app
App is so buggy, login with your email id don't have option to enter a dot in the user name which is basic. Scan qr code is not working
Worst experience ever had
This is worst ever experience. Nothing works. Subscription was forcefully not working and had validity for 10 more months. No support. No phone for USA.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I have a valid subscription, yet I am unable to log in or activate my account. The QR code does not work, and even entering the activation code manually fails every time. This is very frustrating, especially when I have already paid for the subscription.
There seems to be a serious issue with the login and activation system. I expected a smooth experience, but instead I’m stuck without access to the service I paid for. Customer support needs to address this problem urgently and ensure subscribers can actually use what they’re paying for.

Not able to login
I have yearly subscription. When i try to login with my email id it says users doesn’t exist. If i try to signup it says email is already registered. I tried calling customer care multiple times. But its useless as they never respond in time
Fraud app
Be careful with the subscription. They don’t have a way to cancel the subscription before renewal. Only option is to stop auto pay from the bank/card. Too bad.
Shameful product quality
The app is full of bugs and shows inconsistent behavior throughout. I honestly did not expect such a poorly built product from ETV.
The overall experience feels unpolished and unreliable, which is extremely disappointing. This reflects very poorly on the quality standards of the development team. A much better job could and should have been done before releasing this to users.
This is not what one expects from a brand like ETV.

ETV Win Ads
One of waste app I have ever seen. Too many ads frequently very greedy, every quarter or more they will put one good series and then they will to mint money from ads bonus to subscription…
At least they should remove ads for subscribers….
I hate to watch ads during the movies being a subscriber.
I will never subscribe again, useless app and greedy management . First improve the content s by buying movies or series every weekend so that subscribers will get improved and you can generate revenue in right way. Otherwise you won’t get money

It’s too many advertisements
Best for playing ads
Always get hung while playing content .. extremely good playing ads when we reopen the same video but video gets hung every few seconds spoiling total experience. I am guessing, with new users app is not scaling . Not going to renew if this experience doesn’t improve
Betrayal app
I have taken subscription for this. There is no any mention about Advertisements. When we see any movie, many advertisements with more than 5 minutes are playing. Even after taking paid subscription playing these many ads is unacceptable. We can’t even skip these ads. I am proceeding with legal actions.

Poor application
Unable to upgrade to premium plus.
The ads are location based and despite Telugu app subscription I keep getting Marati ads and that too after hanging application several times to load location based ads.
Tried to upgrade to avoid this hassle but no option to upgrade.
Hope someone from tech team reads my review and take steps to improve the application

Replay the video from beginning and loop play after add
Too many times playing same add within 30 minutes time and the video play go in a loop from start to till the first add where it starts.

Too many ads
I paid for a subscription, and this app still feels like a joke. The ads are nonstop—showing up every few minutes like I’m using a free trial. The controls are a mess too. Hitting “skip intro” doesn’t skip anything; it just throws me into the next episode. It’s sloppy, annoying, and honestly feels like nobody bothered to test it. For a paid app, this level of frustration is ridiculous.

Too many very long ads with no skip option
When I subscribed, there were no ads included, and they added them later during my subscription. Customer support was useless. I don’t recommend this service.

I have premium plus subscription. Still I get too many ads. So many times raised a ticket for customer service. But no response.

What the….. logged in and purchased one month premium plan getting only 2 episodes all are locked what is the issue ??? You people are to maintain and mention like it is only for this clients you need to upgrade or else select this plan and why it is locked after payment certain amount
