I've been following Alex Eubank's journey for a while now and glad that he's finally got an app. It's amazing how simple yet challenging the workouts are. Definitely worth checking out if you're serious about your fitness.

Paid to re new membership and still can’t log in says manage emailed him and no reply

1 payment failed and even after updating payment it now wont let me log in have tried emailing and even tried to delete my account but nothing is working
Bad customer service
I had to renew my update information because I had my old card connected to my account and we’ll it told me to add new payment because my account has been deactivated. I paid my fee I was missing but it still is telling me to update my payment information even through I’ve already paid and it took the payment out my bank account. I’ve emailed customer service on his app 4 times within the last 4 days and no response so I’m paying for a app I can’t even use. It won’t even let me delete my account. Worst customer service ever all I wanna do is workout and they holding me back from working out.

Couldn’t tell you whether it’s any good, it asks me to “sign in with the email associated with my account” before i’ve even made an account.
Email bugged needs fixing
I’m having the same problem but I know that once you fix that it’s gonna be smooth and amazing, just of course need to get in the app first and fix the sign up. 5 stars cause I know it’s just a little mistake in the beginning but once it’s fixed everything else should be amazing 🦾

You have to sign up before you can login and it’s $500! You can get a personal trainer for that price. Love the content but this is very greedy and seems like a money grab.

Tells me that my email isn’t found when i didn’t even make a account so i can’t even sign up
Doesn’t work for now
I cant sign in because it doesn’t let me create an account. It leads me straight to the email login page and there is no other button. For now 1 star since I can’t even open the app😐
