Terrible connection, invasive ads
This app has a really hard time connecting to the monitor and the video feed regularly freezes, and it covers the video in an ad every time I open it. What a waste of money.
Works well …
Works great, but I have to continually log back into the app every few weeks. Not sure if it’s when it updates but it seems unnecessary. This worries me because I want to be alerted. And I just don’t know when I’m going to be logged out.
Terrible
How many times my baby has been crying and awake and this monitor didn’t pick up on it is beyond me. The app freezes, takes forever to load and closes itself out at night. Even the physical monitor doesn’t sound alerts like it promises. And even worse, it was a pricey option. Not a fan and I feel like I’m stuck with it because we spent so much on it.

Not with the money for product
The app goes with the product and the product is unreliable. Takes long to connect every time you turn it on and sometimes it doesn’t unless you go and reset main camera. App doesn’t work once you leave the house which is just useless

Only two cameras in the head unit
Bought a third monitor because I have three areas for my children that I needed to monitor. Only then did I find out you cannot add more than two monitors to the base unit.
Also, they do not offer a particularly good user interface on the app. Instead of showing all the cameras, you have to scroll through and pick out a camera at a time and then activate. So I think this works well if you only have one baby. If you’re like me and have several children, then this app is in need of significant improvement.

Simple and straightforward
Easy to use app. I like that I can see how calm/excited baby is and helps me with bedtime transfer. I do wish you could view the nights data/progress as it happens rather than waiting until the sleep is finished the next morning to see the night’s data.
Freezes
The all freezes when I go to look at my pump data.
I like them but…
I like that you can control the pumps from the app and the settings are simplistic. They are my favorite pumps to use and work nearly the same or better than my Spectra. The heat was innovative! My biggest issue is the sessions take hours to load rather than appearing after the pumps have completed. They still don’t appear after multiple page refreshes. So I have to manually enter the info after each pump. As a mom, time is valuable. Im getting used to manually entering ounces but at the end of the day there will be multiple 0.00 sessions that need to be deleted and the total hours are incorrect.

Willow app is better
Too much in the app. Makes it feel cluttered and confusing. I wish I could control pumps from the app.

I love the app and I love the product
Honestly, I was so nervous getting a wearable breast pump, but with this app, I’m able to control every feature to give me the same output as my specter gold which is a hospital grade pump. I mean the battery last long. I can at least get 3 to 4 pumps out before I have to charge it the heated feature of the Eufy s1 is incredible. I can’t wait to try the S2. The app itself is great. I can switch between modes. I can set up my own pump session to get the best output for me. I highly recommend this to any breast-feeding mother whether this is your first time or your fifth, this is such a great app also, I love the fact that I tell you what the battery level of the pump is

Apps works great, All-in-One app is bad
This app works great...the all-in-one app is terrible and the video nevers loads in critical times that I needed to see a video....I get no issues with the stand-alone app. I think too many things were put together and performance deteriorated for eufy all-in-one app....Eufy Baby should always be stand-alone because its critical to be able to monitor your child.

Buffering and slow playback
Before the update I’d be able to fully watch back any playback that was recorded from the 7*24H without any issue or delay/skipping. However after the update it freezes, buffers and skips parts that I’m trying to play back from. I use the play back to track when my baby fell asleep and now I have to estimate when she fell asleep and hope I don’t interrupt a new sleep cycle. I’d love if the app could have another update to fix this issue.

Needs improvement
After a pump is complete, it isn’t registered. You’d have to manually enter the data. However it shows up as a “no liquid” the next time you open the app
Connection issues
Cons: Doesn’t always connect. Have to close app and reopen and try again a few times before video properly shows up.
Pros: has background noise so you can hear what’s going on through the camera even if your phone is not in the app.
