Excellent app, has one bug rn
Lots of functionality, granular control for my Eureka J15 Ultra. Enjoying customizing my setup! Very intuitive ui. Devs, the rotate corner on the threshold graphic is non-responsive so the threshold is enforced horizontal right now.
I'm not sweepin
So happy to come home to clean and mopped floor. 10 out of 10
Great device but sw needs improvement
Update May 2026: the more I use this the more I think the software is a piece of you know what. It often resets its location for no reason or thinks it needs to recreate the room map. Wants to put the charger in a new location even though it’s sitting in the charger. As I said earlier most games even independent made have better path finding and location persistence than this. I wish I could just tell it to never create a new map or location without me approving it. It’s ridiculous. I can’t ever recommend this to anyone and there hasn’t been a firmware update since I first got it so it isn’t like they keep developing this. Go elsewhere for robot vacuums.

I desperately want to love and keep this device but I’m still on the fence. I’m new to the robot vacuum seen and expected some things that just seem obvious to me yet are not available within the app or in the device. I’ll list a couple of them in the hopes developer actually reads this:
- Manual control doesn’t allow it to vacuum at same time. Why not? I moved a table and just wanted to quickly vacuum underneath and behind it and you can’t do it even under manual control. Have to drag out the real vacuum.
- After moving table, since I can’t control manually, figured I’d let the device add a “room” for the part behind where table normally blocks. You can’t do it. You cannot simply add a room. I have a room at end of hallway that I didn’t initially include and now need to scan the entire floor just to add it?
- ANY reconfiguration of the room triggers a complete rerunning of the mapping process which is ridiculous. See table issue above. I have two rather large items in two rooms that are normally there but I’d like move periodically to allow vacuuming. I didn’t realize I can’t change just a room or add to a room afterwards so now to do this I need to map the entire floor again.
- Make rooms work like separate maps please!! Allow adding them or to them and placing them on the real map.
- allows “painting” in a section if necessary for fine navigation.
- improve the object avoidance. With Christmas here we have a tree up and it gets stuck behind one part of the stand because as soon as it tries to move into the clear it sees something in the distance and then turns again despite it having plenty of room to navigate by it. It’s like it doesn’t even know its own map. Simple games do better path finding and object avoidance. Get a game dev in there to show you how’s its done please!!
- many functions including manual control seem to completely abort the whole process of cleaning. Smart it is not.
Most of my complaints are about mapping and path finding. Fix this and it would be great because the vacuum and empty functions on my device are awesome.

Best bot ever
Works very well loving it
Cannot edit
Cannot edit rooms on computer
Mappa
Difficoltà a mappare le stanze e suddividere infatti ho dovuto eliminare dei pezzi di locali perché continuava a ripassare dopo 20 minuti era ancora stesso posto.
Unbelievably frustrating
It feels like almost every time I open the app to vacuum certain areas of our home, the map shows the base docked in a new location — in completely different rooms — even though it’s never actually been moved. It makes the vacuum unable to be assigned to certain zones bc it can’t locate them. There is no way to manually adjust the location of the base on the map, so the only option is to remap the house, which is time wasting and prevents being able to do a quick zone cleaning which is one of the reasons we wanted a robot vacuum.

Wow
I absolutely love this and have even named it Marvin as it’s my little favourite pal helping me live in a clean environment between my cleaner coming every fortnight. Does an amazing job and I’m so glad I bought it because having a disability makes it impossible for me to do the cleaning myself.
Would highly recommend this +++++

Game changer
Eureka
## This Eureka Robot Vacuum is a Game Changer!
I've been on a quest for the perfect robot vacuum for ages, trying out countless models with varying degrees of success. Then I stumbled upon Eureka, a name that instantly brought back fond memories of my childhood home. Needless to say, I had to give their robot vacuum a shot.
Let me tell you, this is no ordinary vacuum cleaner. It's an absolute game changer!
**Here's what I love about it:**
* **Smart Mapping:** Forget about blindly navigating your home. This vacuum maps your entire space, creating a virtual layout for efficient cleaning.
* **Adaptive Cleaning:** It automatically senses different floor types (tile vs. carpet) and adjusts accordingly. While it doesn't scrub floors, the quick wipe feature is a nice bonus.
* **No-Go Zones and Virtual Walls:** No more worrying about your vacuum getting stuck under furniture or running into delicate items. You can set up virtual boundaries to keep it on track.
* **Impressive Battery Life:** This vacuum cleaned over 800 sq. ft. on a single charge, which is fantastic for a multi-room house.
* **Effortless Waste Disposal:** The vacuum empties its collection chamber into a separate container, making disposal a breeze.
* **Amazing Cleaning Power:** I was floored by how much dirt and debris this vacuum picked up, even after I'd already vacuumed my entire house with a cordless vacuum!
**In Conclusion:**
This Eureka robot vacuum has truly exceeded my expectations. It's smart, efficient, and does an incredible job of keeping my floors spotless. If you're looking for a way to simplify your cleaning routine and save time, I highly recommend giving this vacuum a try. You won't regret it!

Good app needs some work
I really like the app and the robot. Cleans very well. The room division tool in Map Management is VERY difficult to use. Would also really app to be designed for the iPad. It would make it much easier to do Map Management.
Robot non si aggiorna
I comandi rapidi non me li fa impostare. Clicco su salva ma non fa niente e non sono salvati. J15 evo ultra.
Eureka Ottimo
Al momento dopo 5 mesi di utilizzo giornaliero funziona bene…
Cannot create an account and now have a $2000 plastic brick
Just create my new user account rabbit. I did as you asked!!!!
Contacted customer service at eureka and no response.

Uhhg what happened to the days when you can call a human?
AI is not actual artificial intelligence by definition. Do stop trying to replace humans with it.
Do use robots to vacuum mop and do dishes. Because those jobs are simple and suck

Valida!
È solo un paio di giorni che ho installato il Robot e inizio ora a prendere “confidenza” con la Applicazione e la macchina.
Al momento mi sembra veramente fatta bene discretamente semplice e reattiva!

Tuto ok
Molto soddisfatto
Brilliant
Works as advertised, excellent for cleaning in tight spaces, very impressive
Great until it wasn’t
Won’t connect to the internet, can’t control from my phone anymore, remaps every time I manually run it. As much as I paid for this, it’s disappointing that I got a year’s use out of it. Already went back to hand held vacuuming, because this thing does absolutely nothing anymore.

My house haven’t been this clean before!
This a very efficient robot, suction is great my carpet is looking puffier the more I run the robot. Floors are nicely cleaned every time without overly wet traces.
I love the fact that the mop cleans and dry itself and the self emptying feature for dust collector.
The robot has a setting to clean the mop regularly during cleaning process, this is a pro on keeping the floors really clean . I love this robot

Apple IPhone app Glitch
The application is unsatisfactory at Best. It continues to sign individuals out. It resets the robot all the time. If you login through Apple or Google, it will consistently give you an error where it says authorization failed. Then if you manually enter your email address into the account, it will not let you access your account. This is one of many bugs.
