Transfer money to another EUROBANK account

I couldn’t transfer more than €1000.

Response from developer

There is a default daily transaction limit at 1000 EUR. You can always increase it , if needed, with immediate effect from Profile>Settings>Transaction Setting>Transactions limit settings. Thank you for using the Eurobank Mobile App.

Password Gets Lost on Updates!

Every time there’s a new app update the old password stops being valid! It forces you to update and make new password. I have changed my password multiple times and is super annoying!!

3 φορές αλλαγή κινητού bug

Επειδή ζω στο εξωτερικό , έχω αλλάξει συνολικά 3 ελληνικούς αριθμούς κινητού! Μέσω καταστήματος τράπεζας ταύτοποιησα το νέο μου κινητό, αλλά η εφαρμογή otp δν δεχόταν το νέο κινητό 🤦🏽‍♀️ Μου είπαν μόνο online μπορω να αλλάξω το νέο κινητό .. δηλαδή έπρεπε να απενεργοποίηση το otp κ να το ενεργοποιήσω ξανά με το νέο κινητό ..εν τω μεταξύ έπρεπε να μου στείλουν κ νέο pin για την κάρτα(που έιχα ξεχάσει).. λίγο κουλό το user experience και το workaround γιαυτο το bug που έχετε.. δν καταλαβαίνω γιατί να μην μπορω να αλλάξω εύκολα το κιν μου ! Για 1 μήνα σχεδόν έκανα αναλήψεις από την τράπεζα με την ταυτότητα μου..nineties experience..

Ridiculous bank with a ridiculous support

Spent 1 week trying to reach an English speaking agent to get my e-banking password reset. It came to the same usual ping pong with people sighing transferring you right and left and clearly not willing to help at all. 0/10 would not recommend. Closing my accounts and moving somewhere else.
Thank you for the waste of time Eurobank.

Great App

I use this App so often with my everyday banking and purchases, with bank transfers and with international transfers. It’s so easy and user friendly and as I use the English version it is exceptionally well translated. Love it.

Not user friendly processes

Non intuitive processes on the app…you pass too many security controls on the customer side-instead of, building more robust fraud recognizant systems on your side requiring very little effort from your customer.

Παλι δεν λειτουργεί η νεα αναβαθμιση

Η διόρθωση που βγαλατε της τελευταιας αναβαθμισης μου βγαζει προβλημα!! Καθε φορα το ιδιο προβλημα!! Ελεος πια! Γιατι το χαλατε αφου δουλευει το αρχικό μια χαρα!!

Can’t do my job

I have been straggling for a week now trying to pay some bills and I am stuck between the app, their bad customer service (hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone), their bad security functionality (sms that comes after the app times out), no secure OTP (only sms).

WHAT A HEADACHE!!!! An app and service that belongs in 1985.

Additionally, you may activate Device Identification from app’s Security Settings in order to confirm your transactions with biometric method (PIN/touchID/faceID) instead of sms OTP.
