Unable to open the app. Therefore unable to check my account and the balance. I have lost money as a result.

Gave up in the end

I’ve used so many charging apps. Most are terrible. This wins the award for most terrible. It seems impossible to use a password app, which is annoying as the password needs many awkward characters. Then after that, I repeatedly got “unknown error”. I eventually switched to the website, which is almost as bad but 20 minutes later managed to start the charge. Sooooo painful.

I have had several attempts to register and use this app. Even the email verification doesn’t work.

Waste of time!

Completely useless. Spent the obligatory 10 mins creating an account, verifying email blah blah, only to find the charger database is out of date and could not locate the charger I plugged into. Not by the map, not via the QR code. More than annoying as there’s no other way to use their chargers…
