Repeated False Alarms/Reminders
The premise for the app is great: track temperature, when the clip is buckled, when to take breaks, when baby is still in the car.
The problem is it’s inaccurate 80% of the time and it sends repeated reminders despite telling it to stop. This is incredibly annoying and seems to defeat the purpose of the app.

Constant Alarms when Nothing is Wrong
This app is constantly going off telling me the child was left in the car (while driving the car with the child in the car seat or after we bring the car seat inside). Sometimes I am in the car and the car seat goes inside with my wife and it still says the child was left in the car. Great idea but needs serious work. Everything is compounded when both parents have the app.

Annoyingly inaccurate
It falsely alerts me constantly about the child being in the car when we aren’t even in the car and haven’t been for a while it also won’t let me stop it trying to send alerts to family because “the child is unattended”

I hate this app. No one’s in the car seat, car seat isn’t even in the car, it’s unbuckled , app just alarming for no reason. Both parents phones and the car seat just constantly beep beep beep. Terrible 0/10

This app constantly reminds me that the baby is in the car seat. It will beep the entire car ride. It seems like it should only happen when the vehicle is stopped for long periods of time. It’s very annoying.

Absolutely trash
Goes off all the time for no reason, goes off when you’re driving with the baby in the car. False positives make you not want to pay attention to it.
App offline and giving unknown error message
I love the idea of the sensorsafe system, but the app is no longer working. I paid extra for a seat with a feature that I cannot use. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated my IOS, checked my phone settings, and am still unable to log in to the app due to an error

Too many unnecessary notifications
Did not find app useful as there were to many instances where app alerted me baby was still in car seat when they were not and anytime we stepped away from car seat. Also the temp info is incorrect as I am in a cold state low 20s but sensor safe app states it’s 90 degrees Fahrenheit in baby’s car seat 🤨

Notification
Constant false notifications saying buckle has been buckled more than 2 hours when its not. Constant notification that my child is in the care at an address location that is not mine and my child and carseat is in the house with me. It’s bad when notifications are waking you up in the middle of the night and all throughout the day. App needs to be fixed.

So many false alerts that it’s conditioning me to ignore them
I will get a “child in car” alert hours after dropping my child off at daycare while I’m at work - this is when the buckle is not buckled

This app simply doesn’t provide any meaningful value. My first instinct when I hear the alert is “ugh this thing is broken again.” When dealing with a safety-related item like this, it needs to be right all the time. A device with dozens of false positives a month simply isn’t acceptable
