Hey! Sorry to hear you've had issues with older iPhones. We've pushed a lot of updates since v1.0.19 so it's worth trying the latest version. If it's still not playing nice with your device, you can always access your tickets by logging in at eventflo.io/login — works right in your browser, no app needed.

No Offline Tickets.

Hey, good question! Our tickets use dynamic QR codes that rotate in real-time — this is what prevents scammers from duplicating or screenshotting tickets. A static offline ticket would bypass that protection. We recommend connecting to data or venue Wi-Fi before entry to keep your ticket ready.
