Shamelessly bad
A shamelessly bad app. Maybe a teenage volunteer was allowed 4 hours to update from last year and did the best job they could? It is so frustrating at every turn when trying to use it.

Besides forcing people to download an app and create an account for information that you could’ve just put on the website, this app is also poorly designed and has a terrible UI. Oh did I mention that this app also has ZERO useful info? What’s the point?

I thought the app was much improved over last year. I was glad to be able to collect badges at each of the embassies that I visited.

Stuck on loading page
Barely Usable
Don’t even know if you can bother calling it an app when it gets stuck in the loading screen. When I first downloaded it, I had hoped I could use it for embassy week. I wasn’t even able to get through to log in using my Gmail as it gave me an error. Once I closed out of that, the maps and events page stopped loading. The next day it stopped working altogether. Garbage.

Can’t find embassy event
I downloaded this app for Embassy tours on Sat May 2 - tried to search for Embassy event but keyboard got stuck. Could not fix after multiple troubleshoot attempts

My app is also stuck on the loading screen and will not open even when I redownload. Is there some other way to see what each embassy will be doing on Saturday?

Being able to visualize the whole event on a map turns 'which embassies' into 'which neighborhood,' which is a much better planning question."
Must have for Passport DC
The embassy and event info is where the app is most useful right now. Schedules, descriptions, and details are all in one place instead of scattered across the Events DC site, embassy pages, and social posts.
