Draining my battery
If you install this app, it runs in the background NONSTOP and drains your battery. Literally 100% to 10% in 4 hours. Its not even open on my phone, and it’s using up 80% to 96% of my battery. I have a phone that is a year old and has a perfectly fine battery. I have background refresh turned off. And it’s still murdering my battery life
This app is complete garbage and if I didn’t have to have it installed for work, I would uninstall immediately.

Ruined my Battery... now I have to buy a new one
This app ruined my battery. Runs constantly in the background and dropped my battery healthy by 5% within 2 days. Contact Tracer should have to buy me a new battery! Fix your app! Wish I could rate it negative stars, this is ridiculous!
App killing my battery
Since the new iOS update, the app is working nonstop in the background, draining my battery, and getting my iphone hot. The use of the app is mandatory for me, otherwise I would delete it permanently. Fix the problem.
Drains battery on Iphone
I have the Iphone 12 Max and I don’t know what happened but all of a sudden this app ran in my background all day and killed my battery. I had it sitting unplugged one night at 80% and the next morning it was dead. Had to call Apple support because my phone would get hot when it would be unplugged and plugged in the charger. Found out it was this app causing the battery issue. Had to delete and re download the app and my phone battery finally started working properly again and my phone no longer feels hot. Please fix your app because it nearly killed my battery and I’ve only had this phone for a few months.

Drains battery
Ever since the new update my phone can’t hold a charge. It dies probably twice a day and takes forever to charge. In the last 24 hours it has used over 50% of my battery, and in this time frame I have charged my phone three times.

Not sure what happened with the latest update but this all of the sudden sucking all of the life from my battery. I have a iPhone X, not super new but not old. With the screen off and only running this in the background, my phone dropped 2% in a minute.
This App Ruined My Phones Battery
One night this app just started running nonstop even when quit out of the multitasking window. It was using so much battery power that is accounted for 48% of my battery usage in a 19 hour period and literally cause my phone to get hot to the touch. The only two ways to keep it cool were low power mode (not letting background apps refresh) and deleting this app. Really wish your app wouldn’t have a meltdown considering it’s becoming mandatory by my employer...
