No support for RFID charging?

This app is completely useless to me. For some reason, my building has decided to entrust all the chargers in our parking garage to these clowns. But of course, this app isn’t for THOSE EverCharge RFID stations—it’s for home charging (I thought I lived at my home) and their public charging network (does not exist, best I can tell).

In fact, EverCharge are the only chargers I’ve ever encountered that have no app control whatsoever. Charge session got interrupted and you want to restart it? Too bad, you’ve got to ask the building valet to go down to B2 and tap your EverCharge card again. Please help me understand why—the chargers clearly have internet connectivity to report usage so EverCharge can bill us their outrageous rates. They recently hiked prices up by 6¢/kWh for “service fees”. Please tell me what increase in services we’ll be receiving for the increased fee. A working app would be a start.

Last point—guys, your competition here is ChargePoint. CHARGEPOINT. And they’re better! Doesn’t that make you feel the slightest bit of shame?

App is worse than useless

Despite creating credentials on their site, the app provides no way to actually enter them. It keeps prompting for an Apple login. Their whole business gives off scam vibes. Delete the app immediately and whatever you do, don’t give them a credit card number.

Chargers don’t work

App is asking for five digit code never found it. Taking a picture of the QR code doesn’t work either. Complete waste of time.

Pointless App

Doesn’t let you log in with username credentials and charging is pricey for how slow it is (even without surrounding cars). Room for lots of improvement.

Terrible useless app

this app is extremely pointless. Although there’s essentially only 3 to 4 tabs that you can view. But it’s extremely frustrating because you need a QR code or five digit code on the charging stations, but I there had been several times I’ve tried to use that ever charge charging stations. But There were none of those options available.. signing up makes it difficult because when I downloaded the app, it didn’t prompt me to put in my personal information. Only to sign up using my Apple ID so I had to google and YouTube how to even figure it out, oh also if you ever need assistance from this app, there are numbers to call anywhere. So you’re stuck waiting for an email …

The owners of the sites and chargers set whether they want the EverCharge EV Charges to be public and they will have a QR and charging code. You may contact your building manager to ask them to be made into public chargers so they can be charged with the app.

Works as advertised

Simple to use for home and public charging. EverCharge is the manufacturer of the hardware and software so it works every time. It does not have bells and whistles because it does one thing starts a charge session 100% of the time. The bells and whistles are in your car app.

What site did you have problems with? We address any non-working EV chargers quickly and have great support for our hardware.

EverCharge Glance has a sign-on that is not compatible with the app because Glance manages the chargers. We try to offer the easiest methods to secure sign-in and payment in the app specifically for charging. Please contact support with any questions or feature requests.

Pointless

Doesn't work. App is worthless. Never seen an actual charger being used. Did the site just want the government kick back and EverCharge actually isn't a real charger?

If there is a site that has EverCharge EV Chargers that you have had problems at we'd love to hear about them. We have great hardware support and will promptly fix any problems with our hardware. There are no government kick-backs! We wish there were!
