Bad app
The app just loops thru the login sms process. Fix it please
Won’t let me log in
After confirming my phone number with the sms code this app just then restarts the sign in process. Around and around and around.
Promises so much, delivers so little
They advertise “Intelligent Control” of your batteries but there is nothing Intelligent about it. Power is sold when there is negative FIT, bought when price are surging. When you seek support, they blame it on your Inverter OEM. My system worked much better when I cut off Evergen’s automation control. You are better off controlling it yourself than relying on them.

Totally useless
This app is so annoying. It lags hours behind actual input so useless. I’ll use the Tesla app instead.
Too many Outages
I’ve had this system for 4 years now and it still is frequently out and my system ‘s status is not visible. Today it got worse as the chat function stopped working as well! Also the system status when it is working lags by up to an hour at times in its reporting view. It needs a lot more work. I get quite annoyed when I hear of friends who have solar systems and who’s well their online views work so well. The solution sometimes is to reload the App but I don’t see that as appropriate. Much better if it would work properly!

Doesn’t work
I bet they’ve never met their app developers. I bet they’re 20 year olds that wear shorts, WFH and Evergen have never met them. iOS app has been offline for two weeks.

Not real time
It a pity this app is almost a day behind in showing solar production when other providers are able to provide this functionality. Disappointing.

Needs vital improvement
I find the app very boring to use and that is when it is actually working. The information is confusing and not useful - this could be due the method of displaying the data.
I also use another app to view by solar information and these are by far more superior and useful.

The new app is great. Most importantly is Evergen’s software saves me money
Mostly excellent
Over all this is a great app to help me understand my solar generation and battery usage. One improvement is needed. The savings goals are generic and do not take into consideration the electricity plans. As a result, although I virtually never use grid power (106% of energy is saved) I am constantly being told I am falling behind on even the lowest savings plan. That can’t be right!

Initial issue with logging in to the app were resolved by customer support straight away.

Useless. Data in the app is totally fictional. Does not reflect actual usage or generation.
Evergen app review
Previous app much better. This one almost useless. Not intuitive. Provides not useful actionable feedback on usage. Says battery is empty when it is full. No idea what’s been done with power being generated. Confusing graphics.
