App not working
Been trying to sign into the app and it saying there’s my username/password is incorrect and I’ve rest them hand full of times. I’ve tried emitting and no help on that. You are paying for a membership and a PT. Hopefully someone can sort out this app issue
Seems Pointless
I Have managed to log in with my EA details but there are no PTs on the app so what precisely is the point ?
What a shambles
I wanted to give this app zero stars bit thats not an option. You simply cannot log in to it, cannot do anything about it either. I reset my password twice to get it working and it still wouldnt work! It ended up deleting the password for the gym app itself and had to get staff to unlock my account twice just to scan in to gain access to the gym! What a waste

Password management is awful
I can’t login. I reset the password and it then says invalid password. I suspect it might change its url so password managers get confused.

I have been trying to login and reset my password several times before realising it’s the App that’s awful! Don’t recommend at all!

Terrible app
First reported inability to logon over three months ago. How you can release an app without basic functionality like this is astonishing. The PTs actually joke about how bad this is, how about you pay someone actually qualified to fix it!

I’ve been trying for over a week to get on this app. It’s the most frustrating app I’ve ever tried to use. Just can’t get on!!!!

This app is incredibly annoying. It says my password is wrong, so i reset it and it still giving error. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Still not working.
Useless app
As many other people have said, it is impossible to log into the app. I’m going round in circles resetting my password only to be told by the app that it is invalid
Won’t accept ! In password
For some reason this app will not accept an exclamation mark in the password. Wouldn’t be a problem if everyone active resets your password with an exclamation mark at the end.
Took about 3 hours to figure this out. Please fix or put a disclaimer up so people know.
