Can work though needs improvement
Helpful for keeping track of child’s progress with swimming, when it works. More often than not, I’m having to uninstall and then reinstall the app to get the sport passport to work though at the moment, 4th August, it’s not working at all. Please can it be fixed to actually work all of the time.

Terrible app! Always “configuration pending”
Forgot about being able to use this app after 10pm - absolute nightmare never works and you end up not being able to cancel your bookings. I think they do this specifically to make money by disabling you to cancel your class the following morning. Appalling app! Been like this for years 😡😡😡😡
Incredibly tedious booking process
It is SO hard to find anything: there is no search option and the Atlantis Inflatable session should have its one section. It doesn't. Please ask a few members of the public to find and book a session and it will give you an insight
Very busy app
The app is hard to navigate due to the amount of information on each and every page. It is very busy, not very sleek in its design.
App keeps crashing
Frequently, the app crashes when it is time to book for the following week. Furthermore, using the app to sign in at venues is very problematic.
Too many crashes
You’ve crashed the app at booking time so many times. Just changing the booking time won’t fix anything. Really poor
Almost useless
I used to use the app most days to book gym classes for a week in advance. For several weeks I’ve been unable to load any classes in the app as it says ‘configuration pending’. I’m running g the latest app and iOS

I’ve tried to use app and can not open it. I’ve asked for help at the pool center: they aren’t much help. I’ve sent two emails to your help centre and you haven’t replied.

Membership upgrade challenge

Instructions unclear, I made a membership in the actual gym and can’t make an online account, I am not receiving and email to create my own password, I didn’t get given an ID which is required, I seem to be unknown to the system. I think it is very unnecessary to have an app for everything, especially such a confusing one, it would be much easier to have a card which we just enter the gym on, all I want to do is book a session!!

A wilfully bad app. It was designed by people who hate other humans. Good luck finding anything in this hellhole app.
Public swimming timetable needed
There needs to be simple weekly pool timetables on this app so you can see when half (or all) of the pool is shut to the public due to swimming club, swimming lessons or other activities
Couldn't login even when I could log in to the website
What kind of app is it? Makes user experience extremely difficult.

Super gym and pool with amazing staff. The facilities are excellent and the equipment is very good. Been a member for 5 years and it offers good value for money
App fails
App is useful but I find it fails on me. Even though multiple attempts of resetting it still happens. Then I need to delete the app fully and reload. This is annoying as it’s often last thing at night when I’m trying to book on/cancel.
Can’t register
I filled out my details (why they need to know my ethnicity is disturbing) but having done so it just hangs. Tried a second time and it did the same thing. At the moment it’s useless.
Poor App
App needs upgrading. Very slow, dated appearance. Booking’s table doesn’t load or work!
