Awful - doesn’t keep you logged in, password doesn’t work every now and then. Eviivo as a service is rubbish too on top of a buggy app. Stay away and choose someone else

App Hasn’t loaded in a week. Must have desktop to use service. Inaccessible allllll theeee timeeee!

It’s 2024 this app needs an update
Just got myself an iPad and am amazed that you don’t have a native app. The iPhone app is just about usable for certain things but is hardly great, but this version on the iPad is a shocking joke.
The amount of money we pay each month you can get a developer in and make this great.

Doesn’t work
Half of the time this app doesn’t work! It is SO frustrating! When I get a call and I’m not I. The office I turn to my app to help me but it doesn’t work half the time! I just removed the app to reload it for the 100th time and now it’s asking for a verification code for billing which it never has done before. I have had it with Eviivo, time to move on!

Unreliable app
The app won’t open, it just spins like it’s thinking. Have removed it and reinstalled it multiple times. The website isn’t much better, it glitches to much, tried to set minimum stays to 2 day minimum and it reset one cabin back to one day and I got a 1 day booking that I didn’t want. You gotta stay on top of your settings because it so finicky!

The on-boarding went very smooth for me I found phone is the best Way to get what you want down and they’ll even do it for you. No bugs glitches overlaps and best part they are able to list you on exclusive listings like google.
Recommend for anyone trying to manage bookings across several platforms.
To the dev team: one suggestion I have is in the diary. Create a way to set 30 day month view as default.

Just what we needed
Frequently we are away from our inn and need to access our booking engine on-the-run.
The new app is a significant improvement over the earlier versions. It works beautifully on our iPhones.
The interface is easy to understand and navigate…so intuitive. Within minutes, I was able to create a booking.
If you need access to the full suite, it is possible to access it from this mobile app.

Fantastic app. Great addition to the web version
Fantastic app. Great for working on the go and good supplement to Web version. Would recommend 100%.
Can’t get dates/days right
Followed up with them multiple times but the days are not correct based on the dates and the bookings tab is extremely inconsistent. Had no feedback and the app isn’t worth using until these bugs are fixed
