Im Shop gibt es ein „Starterangebot“ ueber mehrere Stufen. Aber ich behaupte, ab der Stage 100 ist das Angebot nicht mehr relevant und ab Stage 260+ eh nicht. Loeschen kann man das Angebot seit einem halben Jahr nicht. Nun bin ich vermutlich beim scrollen vom Shop auf das Angebot fuer 6480 Diamanten gekommen, fiel mir wenigen Minuten nicht auf, bis ich mich gefragt habe wo meine 8000+ Diamanten hin sind. Also schrieb ich den Support an und fragte nach einer Auskunft. Der klaerte mich ueber das Angebot auf. Nach meiner Rueckfrage ob das Rueckgaengig gemacht werden kann, hieß es nein das gefaehrdet die Spielerbalance.. wie bitte? Vllt. von stage 45-60. naja das Fazit ist, ich haette ein VPN nutzen koennen falls das Spiel geharkt hat und ich dadurch auf den Kauf gekommen bin. Also, Pech gehabt.

Fix the crashing

Fix the crashing that consistently occurs after pressing certain tabs. The game is then to be forced closed to fix. It’s been like this since release, Repairing doesn’t fix anything. Until fixed or addressed my review stats at 2*. It’s tedious how long this has been going on for.

Lost everything

This makes me sad to say, but I downloaded this game a few days ago to try and loved it, it was a newer spin on games and was enjoyable. Until now. I updated the game and lost my whole account. Was on stage 50, had leveled up quite a bit and went through the whole event and got the rewards for it and all that. When I try to sign back in after the update under the linked Game Center it’s now a brand new account. So I lost literally everything. Somehow my account doesn’t exist anymore. This is more than disheartening as I enjoyed the game but I’ve lost too much to keep playing at this point. Good luck if you download this, but be prepared to lose it all

Support are useless and talk in riddles. Different serves have different access to hero’s of differing strengths yet on same leaderboards. Any purchases will cost an arm and a leg

Lost my Account

I lost my account today. I have been playing consistently for a few months and have spent maybe $20 for the monthly pass. I logged in this morning and it asked me to sign in. I tried every option I could think of and nothing worked. Not sure how else I’m supposed to report this so here you go.

Fun game, but ads crash way too often

This is a fun game, but you can watch ads to get rewards. The ads usually crash the game, and then you don’t even get rewards.

Big Wallets Only

Game was fun at the start but now it’s stale. Reskinned events, terrible RNG and glitches galore. You can be winning a match against a higher ranked opponent and get kicked from your match for no reason, resulting in a loss. They prioritize big wallets so if you have a customer service issue, they’ll kick you down the order to prioritize other higher spenders, ever mind the queue. Made purchases that I was unable to use due to a game glitch after an update and they refuse to refund, threatening a ban even when they are completely at fault with screenshot and videos to prove. Not worth the hassle, these devs are crooks.

Amazing game

Good gameplay honestly. A lot of free stuff to go by, but I’d recommend getting the cards for ads and rewards to double that’s about it.

Great game to pass the time

Fun game, I’ve tried multiple of this style and this one feels like I can really advance whilst having fun and not having to pay anything. In saying I did get a pack or two but it’s feels to support a game that feels well made.

Overall I recommend it 🤗
