App and Co need major improvement!!!
I have two properties listing with evolve and this app is the primary manner in which customers are meant to use their service. Getting someone on the phone requires way too much effort. The app is bad. The UX is shoddy, the IA is nonsensical, the logic engineered to inform the UI was clearly overlooked, the process for onboarding a new property is done with little accountability which means addressing/fixing mistakes boarder on an exercise in futility. I pay Evolve too much money (10% total revenue including the cleaning fee) to be doing this much work myself. Iโm actively researching other options for managing my two current properties and the third that will be live in July. Proceed with caution.

Terrible- Inconsistent and Glitchy
For two years Iโve been an evolve owner and this app is consistently glitchy and problematic. Often times it shut down when trying to open it, calendars are often not available, and a lot of going to a desktop browser because itโs unavailable often. The reviews arenโt even in date order though it pulls the reviews from other platforms. Lots of issues and doesnโt allow for changes to your listing directly; have to go through evolve personnel to change.

Update issues
For the last several days I have not been able to access the owners app. It prompts you to update the latest version, but there is no update on the link. Iโve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and this does nothing. To access owner info now you have to go through the web-based version.

Glitchy
This app rarely works without a glitch and almost never opens correctly. Currently it wonโt load, informing me that an update is required and I must use the link provided which takes me to the App Store. When I go to the App store, thereโs no update - only an option to open the dysfunctional app. Itโs a broken loop. Make this better Evolve, please!u

This app could be usefulโฆโฆ
The app has not worked properly in over 1.5 yrs. Deleting and updating does nothing.
I have written and explained the bugs I experienced - with no solution. I rarely use the app now, itโs so frustrating!
Does not work:
* The bell letting you know there is a new booking or communication - kicks you out of the app if you click it.
* Switching between pages - most often kicks you out. Then have to start over.
* When checking reviews, you must start back over every time you want to read the next one.
* Currently I have not been able to even get on the app at all. Itโs says to update app. I have, I have deleted and reinstalled- nothing!
