Features are lacking
App is very basic, and although support is saying that issues are "known" and being addressed "slowly but surely", it was not ready for prime time in order to migrate owners from Vacasa app over to Owner X as part of the First Chair launch. Maybe it is First Chair issue, unsure. Either way, this has been a very bumpy experience. No communication/alert or indication anywhere in app of a cancellation - need a full audit trail for booking/reservation update/cancellation in order to reconcile accounting with cancellation policy, listing changes are not propagating to partner sites, missing reviews (what about reviews from the partner sites?).

I like it. Compare it to others and you’ll love it. It has shortcuts that work great for me.
Rudimentary
One of the more poorly designed apps i’ve had to work with. It is NOT designed with a property Owner in mind. Such a downgrade … even though it was pitched by our new property management firm as “cutting edge technology” It’s about as cutting as a butter knife.
