Doesn’t let you set up the pin

The app doesn’t let you set up the pin. I can either type the first digit or skip the first digit I can type the last 3 digit. I couldn’t finish the pin set up that’s mean I couldn’t use the e voucher that I should have. I wonder why the school send me a voucher that I have to use an app that doesn’t work!

Terrible App that does not work

Can’t even set up the app as you can’t set up a pin, it only allows you to enter one digit, I can see from other reviews that other people have this issue and it’s been ongoing for a couple of weeks, yet nothing has been done to fix the issue. As a work around I managed to get logged on via safari but even that was tricky.

Constant Lag and Having to Start Over

Literally the most annoying app ever. I have no idea how I’m supposed to use it. It lags every time I tap on something, and if you go back, you have to start all over again. It took me more than 10 minutes just to register.

Not Fit For Purpose

I was looking forward to using this app, but unfortunately I can’t even get past the setup stage. The app requires a 4-digit PIN, however the PIN entry appears to be broken. It will only let me select one digit, or sometimes it ignores the first digit entirely and only accepts the last three. As a result, it’s impossible to create the required PIN and access the app.

I’ve tried multiple times with the same result. Hopefully this is fixed soon, as at the moment the app is unusable.

Doesn’t let set pen

App doesn’t work doesn’t allow you to set pin will only put one digit and does the same over and over again. Can not access money school has sent and no way of contacting anyone. Never used to have a problem before then released the app now stuck with out the money in the summer holidays. Keep recieving emails saying I’ve not used my vouchers I CANT BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID APP what’s the point in recieving help from school when you can’t access the money!!! From a struggling parent

So glitchy

Terrible app, when it asks you to put in the PIN number you need to access the vouchers. The app just glitches constantly not letting to put in a pin.
I’ve tried to install the app and do it again it’s been 30mins now and still no joy. Surely there’s an easier way to issue these vouchers.

Garbage! 😡

I received vouchers from my child’s school, yet when I open them up to use them, it tells me that my account has been restricted!! Restricted for what? Checking the balance??
This app is a complete waste of time!

Reoccurring Bugs need fixing

Over the period of a year I've had the app not being able to process my vouchers, not being able to signing me in, and now it's telling me repeatedly to choose a retailer after choosing it says the voucher is invalid but won't allow me to go back. I cant even access my account to report the issue:(

confirm button off screen, can’t press it.

The “press to confirm” section is too long to fit on the screen and the button is not visible as it’s lower than the phone screen size. Therefore I’m unable to confirm which supermarket, and can’t access the voucher.

I can’t even log in it keeps saying it has a ‘hash’ error and I haven’t been able to access the vouchers. Tried my email and phone number and unable to access the account and it’s been like this since October! Can someone fix this error please I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app it’s ridiculous

Terrible app

So I’ve been waiting 72hrs like it has said on the web browser for this evoucher to be processed but it says it will be done within 72 hrs and I have been waiting since Monday morning and now it’s Thursday morning with no electricity beyond absolute joke these vouchers should be made instantly!! No customer support anywhere to contact them!!!!!!
