The app doesn’t let you set up the pin. I can either type the first digit or skip the first digit I can type the last 3 digit. I couldn’t finish the pin set up that’s mean I couldn’t use the e voucher that I should have. I wonder why the school send me a voucher that I have to use an app that doesn’t work!

Terrible App that does not work
Can’t even set up the app as you can’t set up a pin, it only allows you to enter one digit, I can see from other reviews that other people have this issue and it’s been ongoing for a couple of weeks, yet nothing has been done to fix the issue. As a work around I managed to get logged on via safari but even that was tricky.

Constant Lag and Having to Start Over
Literally the most annoying app ever. I have no idea how I’m supposed to use it. It lags every time I tap on something, and if you go back, you have to start all over again. It took me more than 10 minutes just to register.
Adding a pin code
Have installed the app but its asking for a pin code to be setup , when i go to create a pin it is not moving across to enter the other numbers that i want to use
Not Fit For Purpose
I was looking forward to using this app, but unfortunately I can’t even get past the setup stage. The app requires a 4-digit PIN, however the PIN entry appears to be broken. It will only let me select one digit, or sometimes it ignores the first digit entirely and only accepts the last three. As a result, it’s impossible to create the required PIN and access the app.
I’ve tried multiple times with the same result. Hopefully this is fixed soon, as at the moment the app is unusable.

Unbelievably awful
I downloaded the app .... it wants me to set up a pin .... it will only accept one digit of my input. It is maddening.

Worst app ever
Absolutely awful app that needs a complete overhaul. I was sent vouchers which were needed for my young daughter and the app wouldn’t accept the code I was sent to create the account! It’s no joke when you can’t access £300 and my daughter has to go hungry

App doesn’t work doesn’t allow you to set pin will only put one digit and does the same over and over again. Can not access money school has sent and no way of contacting anyone. Never used to have a problem before then released the app now stuck with out the money in the summer holidays. Keep recieving emails saying I’ve not used my vouchers I CANT BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID APP what’s the point in recieving help from school when you can’t access the money!!! From a struggling parent

Unable to create pin to log in
Im unable to create my pin to login to my evouchers account pls help
NEEDS AS QA DEPARTMENT ASAP
The app simply don’t let you create the pin code because it never reads the first character as it starts the input with the second and third characters, if you attempt to fill the first character the other 3 characters can not be filled and you’re in this chaotic loop for ever. Omg please just close down this rubbish…

So glitchy
Terrible app, when it asks you to put in the PIN number you need to access the vouchers. The app just glitches constantly not letting to put in a pin.
I’ve tried to install the app and do it again it’s been 30mins now and still no joy. Surely there’s an easier way to issue these vouchers.
