It doesn’t syncs from my watch to the app.

I’m unable to contact support since the contact field is broken. Also, it’s not registering my cycling job
Terrible app
Can’t get my steps to sync from my watch (I followed all the steps), can’t enter an activity manually because I get an error that I need an activity even though I manually entered one. Tried contacting them and after completing all fields and selecting Submit I get an error that I must entry ‘atleast 12 digit’ but doesn’t say for which field. Super frustrated.

App stopped working
This app just doesn’t work anymore. No updates available…
Businesses should try to avoid
The app is very clunky. Its interface isn’t the smoothest and the server seems to take a very long time to load data or sync over data. My company started a challenge and I was excited, but using the app has been a major pain.
