I wish i could change the time to where i take my meds
I wish was able to ad the correct time that i take my meds everyday instead of the time that this app is using instead because i take my morning meds at 7am and i take my afternoon meds at 12pm and i take my 5pm med and i take my evening meds at 6 pm every day.
Exact Care has been a life changer!
Customer service always ask questions to be sure my meds are distributed correctly, they stay in contact with my doctors, answer my calls and help me anytime I call or run out of meds they have even overnighted when needed. This pharmacy is 100% for taken care of their customer and making sure their needs are met. If you have read any different reviews please do t believe it, call for yourself and talk to a representative because everyone has an opinion and just maybe the person writing the bad review was already having a bad day, week, or month and when this review came up something may not have went exactly right but if you live in reality mistakes happen but anything can be resolved by talking it through. Exact Care seems to really try to resolve any issues promptly.

My medication
I do not recommend ExactCare pharmacy to anybody last Friday. I called and asked for when my medication come. They told me it would be out there on Friday. It never showed due to the snowstorm in North Carolina. I’m hoping my medicine will come on this Friday. February 6 I am almost out of my medication. I wish I could use a pharmacy instead of ExactCare. They’re not helpful.

Stuck on 3/7 of the opening tips
Opens and immediately shuts down
Since upgrading, the app opens for less than a second then immediately shuts down
Won’t work
Same issue not being able to go through beginning steps, after 3 out 7 it’s too far down on screen and it will not swipe up to tap ok so you can’t go on or use app at all. Last person posted problems was over a month ago and it’s still not fixed yet?? Please fix ….thanks

Unusable
After downloading the app, I must click ok on a series of intro screens, but the third one is cut off and there is no way to bypass it. As a result, I can’t access the app.
Still the worst app ever
I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I know for a fact that I have at least five refills on my medication but this app tells me that there is only one refill.

I am unsure about this app. I just recently had to download it because it said that my previous app that I use for my medication. Reminder as soon, no longer going to support my phone in so I downloaded this new app. That they sent to me, but I think it might have some sort of glitch that may need because it’s not letting me follow the steps that is telling me so if that could be fixed, I believe this would be a really good app and so I am going to give it at least Two stars
