Love this app
Exchange Bank has taken good care of me for years but the app has taken customer service to a new level. I can access my account anytime I want to check something or have a question no matter what time it is day or night. I am now even able to send a message while things are on my mind even if the bank is not open and I know they will answer me as soon as the next business day starts. I don’t know of anything that could make it better.

The personal at Exchange Bank have been so helpful and friendly. I am disabled and I needed to put an additional person on my account. The ladies walked us through every step of the process. I was lost but they were very patient and led us through the opening of our accounts. Thank you ladies for all your help.

Mobile deposit is very Fickle
Disappointed in mobile deposit I want to keep this account because I live in another state but mobile deposit is fickle and it’s hard to keep this account open if I can’t regularly deposit checks
