This update includes bug fixes and performance optimizations. - Added a workout mode for when logging a workout. It's a simpler, swipeable carousel of exercises with large tap-to-complete circles and countdown rings, modeled on the watch session screen. Toggle it from the toolbar; your choice is remembered. - Workout reminders can now be postponed for 30 minutes directly from the notification. - Added Smart Reminders, which learns your usual workout time for a routine and sends an extra nudge if you're at risk of missing it. - Export workout-log search results as a PDF to share with a trainer or physical therapist. - Added Siri & Shortcut support to start, stop, save and discard workouts. - Workouts and workout logs are now searchable via iOS Spotlight. - Added AI-recommended exercises you can quick-add at the bottom of a workout or workout log. - Added a watchOS Companion App for doing workouts. It supports the action button and double tap. - Enabled iCloud sync for workouts and workout logs across devices. - Overhauled AI workout generation, it should be faster and more reliable. - Exercise Notes AI generation is now faster and more reliable. - More reliable checking of long-running HealthKit sessions. - Better handling of timers when the app is killed. - Improved exercise suggestions list. - Improved "show all rounds" UI option for circuits. - Renaming an exercise will update workouts as well as logs. - Due Routines widget has been visually overhauled and enriched with new sizes added. - Added widget for pinned workouts, and to start a configured workout. - Added complications corresponding to each of the widgets.
