About

OverLog tracks your progressive overload so you always know what to lift next. Built for gym lifters — bodybuilding, powerlifting, or anywhere in between — who want one thing: to get stronger over time. No account. No onboarding. Open the app, build your program, and start logging. That's it. BUILT FOR PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD Every set you log shows your previous performance right next to it. You always know what you lifted last time and what to aim for next. OverLog suggests your next weight based on your progression settings, so you spend less time thinking and more time building muscle. Personal records are tracked automatically — heaviest weight, most reps, best estimated 1RM, total volume. You'll know the moment you hit a new PR. BUILD YOUR PERFECT PROGRAM Create custom workout programs with any structure: weeks, days, and exercises. Add strength and cardio exercises to the same day. Configure sets, reps, rest times, rep ranges, and AMRAP sets. Tag exercises with dropsets, negatives, or tempo training. Don't want to build from scratch? Browse built-in programs from popular training methods, or import any program using AI — just describe what you want, and OverLog generates the program for you. BUILT-IN PROGRAMS Get started immediately with proven programs: - StrongLifts 5x5 - Push Pull Legs (Beginner & Intermediate) - Upper / Lower Split - Full Body Foundation - Minimalist 2-Day Strength Builder - 45-Minute Busy Week Program LOG SETS IN SECONDS The logging screen shows everything you need: your target, what you lifted last time, and a suggested next weight. Enter weight and reps, tap complete. Done. The built-in plate calculator shows exactly which plates to load on each side. A rest timer with haptic vibration keeps you on schedule between sets. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS See how your strength is growing with detailed charts for every exercise. Filter by time period — last 7 days to all time. View your best set, volume, estimated 1RM, and max reps over time. The Progress tab gives you the full picture: total workouts, hours trained, exercises completed, sets, reps, total volume, and your current workout streak. A workout calendar marks every training day. WEEKLY ADHERENCE & STREAKS Track how consistently you follow your program. See your weekly completion rate and build a consistency streak based on actual training days — not app opens. LIVE ACTIVITY Your active workout shows up on Dynamic Island and the Lock Screen. See your current exercise and set count without opening the app. SHARE YOUR WINS Hit a new PR? Share a workout card to your story or with friends. OverLog generates a clean visual summary of your session with PRs, volume, and duration.
