Payment error even though credit card and passport information is all correct! This app and ShillaDutyFree online store are so hard to use!

Not able to enter card holder name
When adding a new credit card it’s impossible to add the card holder name……
Absolute trash
ZERO STARS. Can’t create an account. Tried deleting and redownloading, tried different emails and passwords. Same error message over and over: Please try again. So frustrating.
Impossible to add passport!!
“Cannot find a face” error-Looks like there is no way to pay without adding password. This scanning passport fails all the time, making impossible to use this app. If you cannot make it work, at least add an option to add the passport info manually!
