Payment error even though credit card and passport information is all correct! This app and ShillaDutyFree online store are so hard to use!

Not able to enter card holder name
When adding a new credit card it’s impossible to add the card holder name……

ZERO STARS. Can’t create an account. Tried deleting and redownloading, tried different emails and passwords. Same error message over and over: Please try again. So frustrating.
Impossible to add passport!!
“Cannot find a face” error-Looks like there is no way to pay without adding password. This scanning passport fails all the time, making impossible to use this app. If you cannot make it work, at least add an option to add the passport info manually!
Login issue
Not matter reset password or sign up for a new account or login with correct password, it will turn back to the login page…

Got denied a lot of times without telling the reason. Tried to talk to costumer service but they are not giving the solution.

I tried to shop on Lottedfs online, the online shop requested download this app. after went through all the requests and troubles on DM plus, stuck on the passport QR Code, my IPad cannot scan the QR code neither understand the screen suggested another option “enter the code “( what code?, where can I find the code?)

Login issue?
I had a login issue after upgrading to iOS 18. It kept returning to the initial login page even when I entered the correct credentials. If you're experiencing the same problem, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. It fixed the issue for me. Cheers!
무척이나 실망스러운 인증앱 - 이것 때문에 한국에 대한 인상이 거지가 될까 걱정스러움
정확한 여권정보, 해외신용카드 번호, 인증된 이메일 주소 넣어도 DM Plus에서는 아무런 문제가 없는 것처럼 보이고, 다른 에러 메세지 없음.
인터넷 면세점에서 결제를 하면 DM plus 앱이 런칭되고 앱으로 넘어가는데 1/3 Processing 에서 무한로딩을 출구 없이 반복. 앱을 삭제해야 나갈 수 있음 ㅋㅋ 두세번 삭제를 해보고도 안되어 면세점 고객센터에 전화해보니, DM Plus로 인증이 가능한 몇몇 카드“만” 되는데 장님 코끼리 만지는 식으로 카드 바꿔가며 해보는 수 밖에 없다고 함….상식이 있다면 결제 인증인 안될 것 같은 해외카드면 처음부터 앱에서 등록을 튕기거나 에러메세지를 내야 하느게 아닐까요?
한국와서 인증장벽에 부딪힌게 한 두번은 아니지만 이 DM plus는 많은 개선이 필요한 것 같네요.

A terrible app not functioning correctly
It asks you to scan/register your passport before registering a credit card. But probably because my nationality and my credit card issuing country don’t match (working and living overseas legally for 20 yrs), it doesn't work for making a payment online. It doesn’t even ask to enter the cc’s security code on the credit card. The app is not functioning correctly!

생채 인지를 하라니요. 여권 앞표지를 찍어달라니요. 세계 어느 곳을 가도 이런 payment requirement는 듣지도 보지도 못했는데 막판에 에러까지 뜨니 신라 면세점은 결국 결제 실패했습니다
회원가입이 안됨
결제땜에 오랜만에 들어갔는데 앱이 계속 닫혀서 삭제하고 다시 깜.
예전 비밀번호 기억안나서 비밀번호 찾기 눌렀는데 안됨.
다시 가입할려고 하니까 가입이 안된다는 에러 메세지.
되는게 하나도 없는 앱임.
