Cancel trip options
I tried to get options about canceling my trip. All the app kept giving me was away to cancel the trip insurance. So my review is the app absolutely sucks.
Not helping to change E mail ID
I have been requesting to change e mail ID . No help is being given . Every time I mentioned that I am not able to access the given ID . And want to change it . They keep on repeating like broken records.
What kind of help is this that no alternative route are in place to change details. Like .. Phone OTP . Seems I’ll be no longer using this app anymore . Thanks Expedia . Tried to be loyal customer ..

Booking from Hell
Been trying to book all day with agent and everything from card decline, to price changes, to still not fully booked
Loved the water front view every morning.
Great staff. Friendly when walking in and out. Is an older motel with a bit of rust on the metal here and there but expected being near the ocean. Staff attended to my needs on request. Clean bathroom and beds. Air conditioner vents very dusty but let them. Loved the top end of the boardwalk. Great having an indoor and outside pool depending on the weather
