Very frustrating
I use this app to submit one expenses claim per month. Each time I need to create a new claim it just takes me back to the previous page and tells me I have no current claims. When I tried to provide feedback on the app it said there was an error and it couldn’t process my feedback.

Location identification
Unfortunately the app is now not sending the route stop points to the expenses log since 25/02/2026 when App name changed. This means to record any journey you now have to go to your PC and manually enter the address details. Although the mobile app shows the number of stop point locations, when you choose to view them it tells you that you haven’t started your journey🙄👎I don’t think I have ever had such a troublesome App but am duty bound to use it through my work - The App really is not fit for purpose!

Changing landing page does not work
Not fit for purpose
Always slow validation and worsening to validate claims meaning missed payment cutoffs and employees out of pocket.
Yet again of late, therefore updating this review. They seemed to have an automated check in place which was working well but now there are expectations set of two weeks before validation is complete. This can mean an employee out of pocket for much longer resulting unwillingness to front expenses in future which impacts productivity and burden on the employer.

Cannot select images
I used to like this app, it is now unable to be used as I cannot add receipts from my image bank eg screenshots. Given I cannot even save any item without a receipt it’s a waste of space
Poor Help Support
Probably not the actual app itself, but getting help to get changes made is next to impossible. I’m trying to claim EXCESS mileage; which is NOT an option on the claimable items list, and despite trying to get this changed by the app admin team and my local authorising manager, no-one has replied to me with how to get this added as an option, so I’m losing out….NOT GREAT!

Failing to add saved journeys
I saved my journeys, I can view them all but app won’t open when I want to add them to my claims.
Really Bad App
This app is very frustrating. You put your address and it gives you a message saying ooooops we can’t find your location and then you have to wait until some suggestions appear to make a selection. Before that, nothing to indicate that the app is trying to find the address. With the advances in apps, I do not know why this still feels prehistoric.

Useless app
App is absolutely useless doesn’t upload when on wifi or 5G and deletes whole expense as you can’t go back and have to close app down just to attempt to submit something

How do I add address for my home?
Clunky, can’t upload pdfs
Can’t upload .pdfs as receipts, followed the instructions on the help page which didn’t work. Makes it cumbersome having to screenshot pdf receipts that are more than 1 page.

Why it is so complicated, I just want to change my vehicle but it won’t let me do that on the page it should so it says I need to go to the help page but then the article for that won’t click onto it and then I can’t find it in the side menu where that’s suppose to be. Terrible functionality
