This app needs work
When creating a new expense report the app just hangs and shows the loading spinner indefinitely. And when closing and reopening the app it forces me to log back in using Okta every single time.
Miss the Classic version
More companies forcing AI down your throat when it wasn’t even needed in the first place. Also lost the ability to add attendees to expenses
App will take screenshot and lose expense
Super annoying. Took pictures of receipts. App said scanning. After logging in again, it lost the expenses.

The program is a great tool to track expenses and categorize. But if you are wanting to go it with speed, look elsewhere.

The new mobile version of the app is completely useless. My company is moving away from this product to a new provider as soon as possible. Would give it zero stars if I could.
Horrible update
The new update is truly horrible. Bugs everywhere, difficult to navigate, not intuitive, AI models never work. Bring back the old version!

The most recent update to the app is straight garbage. Difficult to find expenses and reports. App is often down.
Shady Hidden Subscription Extortion
I'm being told I can no longer use the app and all the expenses I've been tracking because they couldn't charge my card for subscription? I never signed up for any subscription of any kind. Super sketchy and a major waste of time and now I have to pull all my receipts off of here (if they let me), massive headache. Don't trust this app with keeping record for you as they will apparently extort you after a few months!

Terrible Application - Constantly Loses Receipts
This app used to be great until the updates over the past months. Receipts will either fail to upload for no apparent reason or will just disappear altogether. I would not recommend this app to any business as it causes so much unnecessary stress to those that use it.
Tracking update is great
This is much easier than inputting the mileage then tracking down a map to include.

Don’t sign up to this fraudulent company! They let you sign up with your Apple ID, put you on a 30 day free trial which you’re not told about until AFTER you sign up (completely illegal), then refuse to let you cancel this unwanted subscription through the app, they make you go through the website but guess what.., you can’t sign in to the website using your Apple ID!! I’ve had to cancel my credit card because of this. I’ll be reporting them to the ACCC for breaking Aus Consumer Law, and hopefully everyone else does too. This kind of company should not be allowed in the Apple Store

Tried to cancel multiple times and it keeps trying to squeeze me for money. Check BBB for low ratings.
Absolutely atrocious
App is useless for several months now, logs me out every time I close it for even one second, expenses just say loading but never actually upload, end up having to log on to website instead. It’s actually offensive that something I am forced to use for work expenses is adding so much friction and stress to my life every single time.

Worst expense app
I’ve used several different expense apps and Expensify has the most bugs whether it’s on Apple or web browser.

Update ruined the UI
I have to use this app every week for work and the most recent update changed the entire user interface of the app. The new layout is wildly confusing and I struggle to submit my expenses every time. It went from a fairly easy app to use to now something I dread figuring out. I wish I could change it back.
