Maybe the ai concierge works for others but it is really redundant and slow for me. Switched back to classic and very happy I was able to.

It used to be decent a while ago but since latest updates it just doesn’t really work well for enterprise customers setup…. Not impressed anymore.

Updates Are a Huge Downgrade
The updates implemented on both the Web and mobile app have taken what was a very simple and effective tool and created the most non-intuitive system I’ve ever seen. The UX team that came up with these new workflows has obviously never had to actually use their product in real life.
Too Political
Owner used this app to push his politics - emailed his customers users about TRUMP during the last election! Unasked for and very emotionally charged.

Awful. Used to be great.
This was my go to solution for receipt archival and expense reporting and management for years. But in the past year, it’s become almost unusable.
The app forces an update roughly every month. Fine. But said updates require you to sign back in to the app, with TWO onerous authentication steps that usually don’t work abroad.
Here’s the use case: I’ve just had dinner, and I want to memorialize the receipt using the app. Easy, right? WRONG!!! I’m forced to update the app, and if I’m traveling abroad, I have to do that on data or over Wi-Fi… Which of itself takes forever. Then they have to send a code to my email, which is another wait. And frequently there’s a long delay. Then, because I’m not having enough fun yet, they require me to use an authenticator.
Meanwhile, 20 minutes, have gone by, and all I wanna do is upload an image of my receipt
Jesus, people. Get your act together. When I update my banking apps, which have vastly more sensitive and important information, I’m not required to log back in again.
Just torture. Find an alternative. I know I will.

App
The worst interaction with technology I have had in 30 years. I simply want to record and relate expenses. Why does this app keep bothering me with irrelevant things and not do the only thing I want?
Expenses disappeared
The old version was working fine till they introduced the new version with AI. The AI version is very slow so you have to select manual entry. Worst thing is that after several days of entering expenses most disappeared. They were there each time I opened the app until yesterday. I can maybe understand why if all disappeared but only selective ones. Used the app chat with customer service and that was virtually useless.

So clumsy
Worked fine until time to add a payment card . Wouldn’t let me submit a report, but no way to resolve the issue it claimed was the problem. Said to add a card to pay for monthly subscription, but there was no way to do that. This was after spending an hour preparing a report and fumbling around trying to update my subscription. Avoid the hassle.

It’s one of the complicated app to use, even the web version as well
It auto logs out everyday, changing option for auto submit is not available and it feels so hard to use this app

Update impossible
Every time there is an update, it is virtually impossible to do so. Says update required, open up AppStore to so. Then says open. So I open just to go back to the update required. Endless cycle. Would give the app a 5 but the bugs need to be fixed

It’s stuck in time… I can’t even share my PDF receipt into it - says “unsupported image file format”. Seriously?..

After update issues have been resolved
Whereas before when creating a new expense report the app would hand indefinitely and show the loading spinner indefinitely, after updating to the latest version creating and submitting new reports is working seamlessly. Login issues have also been resolved where before everytime I launch the app I would be signed out.

This app needs work
When creating a new expense report the app just hangs and shows the loading spinner indefinitely. And when closing and reopening the app it forces me to log back in using Okta every single time.
Miss the Classic version
More companies forcing AI down your throat when it wasn’t even needed in the first place. Also lost the ability to add attendees to expenses
App will take screenshot and lose expense

The program is a great tool to track expenses and categorize. But if you are wanting to go it with speed, look elsewhere.

Fart in a colander
The new mobile version of the app is completely useless. My company is moving away from this product to a new provider as soon as possible. Would give it zero stars if I could.
Horrible update
The new update is truly horrible. Bugs everywhere, difficult to navigate, not intuitive, AI models never work. Bring back the old version!
