They cancel bookings last minute
They cancelled bookings last minute and they don’t consider that people are travelling and have hotel arrangement and flight.
AlUla Trail Race 2026
Would be really helpful for the event if we had the map of the routes, and the start and end points, etc. Also are pets like dogs allowed.

Error after error.
An error message results from every click! The app obviously has not been tested. Considering the budget available to the Saudis, this is puzzling. The photography is lovely, but the app is utterly useless.

لماذا لا يمكننا شراء التذاكر من داخل التطبيق ؟
Doesn’t work
Sadly the First screen I get to says “Technical Difficulties, this app is currently down”. I tried their website and I can’t book anything due to technical errors, cannot sign up either. What a shambles.
Poor performance and confusing
While I want to simply view activities and book the App just wants to promote and hype. The actual booking is confusing and I can’t see hotels
