Very cool that the app I have to use to get paid never works.
Slow and glitchy app
My experience with the company is great, but this app desperately needs work. It takes forever to load, if it loads at all. If it times out, there’s an option to report the issue, except that button doesn’t work, only the button to dismiss does. Numerous times, I’ve gotten the app to load, but it doesn’t show my job, even when I’m actively clocked in, so I have to force close the app and try again, hoping it’ll actually load up.
The other thing that’s more of an annoyance than a major problem is that the app defaults to my next shift after my current shift’s start time. So I’ll clock in for today, then when I go to clock out/in for lunch, it’s already defaulting to the next shift, so I have to manually go back to my current shift to make my punches.
Last thing: we need to actually be given advance notice of “scheduled maintenance”, with an eta for how like the app will be down. I couldn’t clock in til after I took my lunch yesterday because the app was down for scheduled maintenance.

Worst app I’ve ever used
This app is horrible! It’s so slow to load, often fails to load, and doesn’t even allow you to report an error to the app’s developers. There’s an error message that often comes up with a button that reads “Report error,” but nothing happens when you click the button. This happens repeatedly and it’s a huge hassle every single time I use this app. I’ve already tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, and the problem does not go away. My coworker has the same exact issue. I have never used an app that has this many glitches, errors, and slow loading time.

This place is amazing, they are so fast paced at moving it along, I would 100 percent recommend going to this place anytime you need help finding a temporary job or anything like that

No help if you do not have a above average resume, military doesn’t matter. When in need of work these people pick and choose instead of giving fair chances.

Not working well
I was okay with it for couple of weeks then all of sudden app is misbehaving by total hours not adding up and I couldn’t even edit.
Then I’d have had tried online instead of using app, its kept telling me my password is incorrect.

Owner reached out to me asking if I still needed employment. I told him I have and showed him proof, after he said there is no communication on my end. His response? “Unfortunately, this concludes our communication. I’m sorry I was unable to be of assistance.”

Submitted my time card Friday after my shift, come Monday it said time card not submitted and when I try to submit it it’s says error
