Speed test not working properly

I have high speed 50mbps but it was unable to do download speed test. Also, why do you have so many apps just to have a video call? Please try and integrate all the different functionality into one app.

Was taking up so much room in the background & caused my phone to overheat at night

The app uses so much power in the background that it caused my phone to overheat while charging

Gigabit speed on my end!

The app says I have low bandwidth. I recently upgraded to gigabit service. Using a well-known speed test app, it showed speeds of over 400 Mbps down and over 39 Mbps up. I see there are similar reviews. FIX YOUR APP!!

Gigabit Connection - App Says “Not enough Bandwidth!”

I have gigabit WiFi at home and regularly pull 350-475 Mbps download and upload speeds but apparently that’s not enough to run this app! I continuously get an error stating “not enough bandwidth” and it won’t let me conduct the “test” required for an appointment.
