Don’t update!
If you update, you lose your extras and progress on your club punch cards. The soda and coffee clubs are still there, but you start over with the new app. I wish I hadn’t updated.
App takes my shields
This app is ok for deals, but today i went i to the store knowing i have 4 shields so i wanted to take advantage of an extra shield so I made the purchase and was hoping to get my free extra but Little did. I know that when I made the purchase it took two shields off instead of gaving me a shield. When I called customer service they said that my shields expired at the same moment when I made the purchase and it took apparently four shields. The rep couldn’t really explain it and I didn’t wanna stay on the phone that long and I gave up but definitely not using this app anymore.

Scam
This app is a scam. Anything time you make a purchase it only shows up a handful of times to actually work towards earning rewards. Once I was able to earn enough for a free drink the category just completely disappeared from the app instead of allowing me to use it. I buy an energy drink everyday and somehow in two months haven’t purchased the five required for a free one once. Super disappointing and annoying.

Great promotions!
ExtraMile Rewards is pretty awesome, especially if you’re into energy drinks, water, or coffee. They’ve got some really good deals, but the best part? You can keep track of what you buy, and when you hit your ninth or tenth drink, bam, it’s on the house. It’s a sweet deal for anyone who grabs a drink regularly. Definitely worth checking out if you’re always picking up a beverage on the go.

Every time I go and try to use the rewards it doesn’t work I try to buy a two liter get one for a dollar I show the person working in the front and tells me it doesn’t work that I need a barcode it’s your guys app how does it not work I’m showing him exactly what it says and still won’t give me the deal useless app don’t waste ur time

I buy coffee at Chevron every day and the buy five get one free doesn’t even work… basic, simple stuff… get it right.
Scam
They must be stealing data from me because the app is 100% useless. Points are a scam and the deals are not any better then just walking in.

The company really did a great job with there new layout and upgrade. Plus the deals are 👍🏾
Laughable App
My rewards have suddenly seemed to disappear and not only that, but what are the rewards? They are absolutely terrible. Nothing worth incentivizing this horrible performing app. Not even worth a star as it doesn't function.

Apparently this app is pointless because of bad employees
Saw a sign offering a discount on a product.
It was up in multiple places around the extra mile in Grover Beach Ca. So I signed up on the app. The cashier said the ad was old and had expired. I said oh ok the sign advertising the deal should probably be taken the sign down. He said yeah they should. This is not isolated to this store bad customer service is a common practice because employers don’t hold employees accountable. I hope someone in Extra Mile management reads this so maybe it will get better

This app just keeps getting better and better!
Doesn’t load; terrible scam
I loathe cards, apps and schemes that stores run where they clearly jack up the prices to push people into joining their rewards program to track them and push products. I did try to download this app because this is a place in my neighborhood I visit regularly and the staff felt bad when the price for a common item doubled but they couldn’t discount it without the app because of the current promotion. So I tried! And it loaded, I started an account and now the app fails to load (and yes, I’ve closed it out; restarted my phone; deleted it and downloaded it again- it still fails to open when launched). So I am stuck paying double if I want to continue to visit them. I hate the coercion but if you’re going to set up your system for it, at least make it work.
