Why does their always have to be more apps to access what is needed? A password a passkey good word just let me get to the information. Oh trying to submit a claim? Whoops failed out.
Log in issues
Every time I log in there’s a new issue. Today it’s that there’s nowhere to put my password but the app is quite demanding about needing said password. I’ve deleted and redownloaded to no avail.
Can’t track transactions
The primary purpose of this app is to track transactions, but it doesn’t. Most recent transactions don’t show up at all. Adding insult to injury, the app puts future transactions, some as far as a month in the future, under Recent Transactions. Recent Transactions is the only view it offers, and it’s not even organized in date order. Absolutely useless which would be bad enough if this weren’t the only app Health Equity offers to track critical expenses.

This app sucks
If you use the website, they shove this app down your throat. If you contact customer service via chat, they shove this app down your throat. And then it doesn’t work. Ever. Absolute garbage.
App Does Not Work
The app will not let me log in. It makes it hard to track your transactions. This app needs to be revamped
Forced update after two weeks
Requires update in order to use the app less than 2 weeks after I last updated it. Automatically 1 star for me
What is the point of this app
Half the time it won’t let me log in with the passkey that it forced me to create. When I do log in, there’s nothing I can actually do without it directing me to a website link anyways. What is the point of this app?
Painful process and frustration with the app
Frequently logs you out and requires updates. The process of getting all the paperwork they want for reimbursement is also painful! A vague 1 line comes back as to why they do not accept the submission.

Passkey issues
Stuck in an endless loop to setup a passkey every single time. I have like 5 passkeys setup, and the app always shows an error saying no passkeys found. Unable to log in because how they enforce passkeys. Completely ridiculous. Clearly this company doesn’t know how to implement passkeys correctly.
Worst app to be developed
Camera won't take pics the app will actually accept. Horrible app.

It used to be easy. Each time you upgrade you just make more difficult to login and this time it is also more difficult to navigate the app.
WONT OPEN
Worst app ever. It won’t even open now. Just one more angle from which they try to keep the money you paid in to care for your family.

How do I get in touch with support? Half the stuff on the app does not work?
Unable to Log In With App
This app does not show the password option. I can only enter my user name and when I press continue it says that I am unable to login because I must also enter the password but that field does not show up. What a pain!!
