Login issue
It never works properly. In the latest version it only shows the place for username not password and doesn’t login as it needs to enter username and password at the same time. Totally useless app
Error message logging in
There has been an error message when attempting to log in for weeks now. No acknowledgement of the problem on the desktop website that the problem is known nor has there been any communication that it is being worked on.
Scam Artists
Just one of many scam parts of the U.S. healthcare system. They will find any and all reasons to reject your receipt, then the company gets to keep money that YOU PAID into an FSA. And we just accept it.
Passkey setup
Why do you need government ID for a pass key setup? App is not easy to use. Unable to login without passkey and passkey set up is not easy one.
Needs significant improvement
The receipt capture process needs significant improvement. It keeps telling me to get closer to the receipt, but in order to do so, if cuts off half the receipt. Hasn’t worked well for a very long time.
Can’t read clearly submitted receipts
I’m constantly sent notices to submit receipts for items that I have already submitted clearly visible receipts. There is no explanation as to why they couldn’t process the receipts, just more demands for receipts again and again. There is no help offered either. When trying to get help, the link doesn’t work.

You broke the login screen
Recent update broke the login screen on iOS - there’s nowhere to enter password. It was always clunky having to log in and out to upload multiple receipts/documentation. Just use the website.
Awful authentication
I find this app particularly frustrating. I always have log in issues. When I know both my login name and password, the app will seemingly block me for no reason. Spent 15 minutes this morning being forced to attempt to set up a passkey for which scanning your drivers license is required. Failed 3 times, for reasons I cannot comprehend. I have set up passkeys for other sites and not been require to scan my drivers license. So, I have just been forced to provide personal documents and a face scan to a completely incompetent app, and it still won't let me access my account. If and when I do gain access, I'm just going to quit the program. The tax savings of programs like this are so labor intensive as to be worthless. Working people are forced to jump through hoops for trivial tax savings. Just infuriating.

Not able to submit claims
The app says I am ineligible to submit receipts or claims. Isn’t submitting claims and receipts the entire point of this app?? There is no details on why, despite having money in my DCSA and no open claims, I cannot submit claims
Very annoying
My old HSA provider never asked for receipts as often as this provider does. And I have to resubmit the same receipt multiple times before it’s accepted!

The automatic entry never works. Get better AI maybe 🤷♂️

Passkey issues
Stuck in an endless loop to setup a passkey every single time. I have like 5 passkeys setup, and the app always shows an error saying no passkeys found. Unable to log in because how they enforce passkeys. Completely ridiculous. Clearly this company doesn’t know how to implement passkeys correctly.

Used to be so quick and easy. Now you can’t use the app. Developers, there is no way to login on the app with a passkey. Please fix this.

What a joke. Just another insurance scam to get between you and your money. Download to view your fsa spending. It needs to send you a code so you can login. Does the code ever come? Of course not. Any recourse to fix? Send another code? Send codes to eternity. You’ll never get in. Giant waste of time and stealing your money. Go directly to hr and complain until they do better.

Paternalistic, dystopian collection of biometric data
Rethink your policy of forcing users to submit to biometric data collection by a third party. Use of the information systems you maintain is frequently required by employers of their employees. The choice you’re presenting to many users is submitting to invasive data collection or potential discipline from one’s employer.
