EzCater makes it easy to order. The delivery from each individual restaurant is the only issue that i continually have to deal with.

I have been using ezCater throughout my 10 year pharmaceutical sales career and I can honestly say there’s not one company that does it better! Their customer service is extremely helpful and always available and the caterers they offer are on time and the food is always delicious! Not to mention the absolutely amazing Amazon points reward system. All this combined, you cannot beat ezcater!

Could I set catering up myself? Yes I could. This app saves you so much time and coordination that is taken care of for you. Is it perfect? No but nothing is- but any issues have been resolved immediately. This was recommended to me by a colleague and I will continue to promote this app. It’s a time saver and the service is reasonable.

I use ezCater almost exclusively, for all of my scheduled lunch appointments. There have only been a couple of occasions where items were missed or left behind by the Caterer, but EzCater works closely with their vendors and makes things right. I highly recommend them for your next catered meal event.

Helpful and open eyes to options
The site is great. Lots of ideas and places I didn’t even think of. Staff love the variety.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees have gotten out of control. Often puts me over budget so I have to look elsewhere. Makes it hard to tip as well.

Important meeting you need to get food for on time? Steer clear of ezcatering and call the restaurant yourself! Save a headache and maybe even your job!
