No Eero option
Signed up for Ezee Fiber and where given a Eero modem. Nothing wrong with the modem but we can sign into the app unless we have a Nokia modem. This makes no sense. So some features are only available to certain clients? That’s not right. I’d give it zero stars if I could and it’s making me rethink switching over and I still have time to change. I need more security with my children’s devices.

Worthless
I’m using this on my phone on my Ezee Fiber Wi-Fi, yet it won’t let me sign in because it says it can’t find my “Nokia WiFi device.” This app feels as amateurish as their website.
Doesn’t work
I have made absolutely sure my iPad is connected to my network. The app will not detect that and keeps reverting me back to the beginning of the process to connect to the network. I’ve rebooted my iPad and router.

I have wifi working fine and connected to it, yet the app is not letting me in check the speed or turn on our guest network. Keeps asking to connect to the network.

Good app
This is a pretty good app. Down side is that you can only use it when your WiFi is working. It doesn’t allow you to troubleshoot when WiFi isn’t working.
