Ezlogz Allows Editing Hours Too Easily
Warning: Ezlogz is popular among certain Eastern European-owned companies exactly because it allows changing and falsifying working hours easily. It’s not a real tamper-proof ELD. Logs get edited, violations removed, and drivers can exceed HOS limits without consequences. This is unsafe and unfair. Looking for a proper compliant ELD – this is not it.

Sold one of the trucks, been trying to reach someone about a refund because they just charged for the full year automatically, finally got a hold of someone and they told me to go through the app and request a refund so I did, so far it’s almost been a month and nothing

Перегруженный интерфейс. Много абсолютно бесполезных и лишних функций, которые только мешают. Для выполнения каждодневных действий нужно нажать по 33 клавиши. Я бы убил дизайнера этого приложения. Полный шлак. Версия для андроид постоянно зависает, вылетает или теряет коннект с траком. На айос еще более менее. Смарт сейфти это просто фикция. До них просто не дозвониться. Три месяца я пробовал звонить каждый день. Может быть ответили 3 раза сразу. Обычно перезванивают сами через 30-60 мин. Могут позвонить на английском, хотя просил на русском - жди еще пол часа. На английском специалисты гораздо трусливее и постоянно сделать чего то немогут или не хотят, так что приходится пробиваться к своим. В общем ребята не вздумайте работать с этой логбучной. Полный отстой. Потеряете деньги в простоях

The worst and slow . Disconnect while you drive, whenever the app want gets connected when not NO. Also some of the people in customer service has no clue what is this logbook or what is this bussines about. Looking for another provider.Do not recommend. They scam people for money only, but to provide a good service not..
