Wish I’d kept the previous version
iPhone 14 won’t scan the barcodes because the app can’t focus the camera, at least the old one worked
App hasn’t been working for 3 days
App stopped working after “Update was coming soon.”
Great Program, not so intuitive App
The program is amazing, easy to use. And works for the applications that we need it for. However the app seems like it needs some updating. The online based version is better on my phone then the app.
Much to be desired
Overall this is a functional app with a decent UI which is great. The problem is this app still has glitches, bugs, and a lot of additional UI to be desired. For example, assets are laid out in one long page with a switcher at the bottom. There is not an easy way to switch between asset pages. Also, when opening an asset, I frequently encounter a bug which locks up th app and freezes, and I have to restart the iPad (restarting app doesn’t help) to regain functionality. Also, adding photos to assets is not easy, there is no real way to remove the current picture and replace with a new one - once you’ve taken it, it’s there to stay. If I did a bug list I could list a lot of things. Overall this needs real beta testing and bug fixes and continual UI improvements (and that appears to not be happening)

I have been using this for several years now at my work and it is nice and easy. Helps to maintain maintenance schedules and item location a lot.
Getting better and better!
The developers are very attentive. After contact them with some changes and issues all were addressed and the new version is fantastic. None of the previous issues that were there before and the app is much smoother to use. Great app now. Thanks!
Great app!
This app is terrific! Simple to use, effective, & really allows our company to manage our assets from anywhere. The bar/QR code reader is a fanatic feature that works great. Definitely recommend.
Great tool for our department
Allows our techs and front desk personnel to check out hardware to Staff and Students very quickly. Also provides a way to quickly audit stock levels without pulling stuff off the shelves.

A very useful website now made on-the-go! easier access to my company's inventory files wherever I am! Have been using the site for over a year, overall, EZ Office Inventory is a great tool to keep track of your inventory and be ready for annual inventory checks!
A must have
This is a great app! If your using this software you need to have this app, it couldn’t make life any easier. Having it all at your finger tips makes thing much smoother and fast to deal with. Super easy to use and looks great!
Alerts
Overall great app easy to use. Works well in an outpatient hospital setting. It would be nice however if there were expiration alerts available for all users and not just the account holder. This would allow for more people to be vigilant to help remove expired items. The ability to also add multiple expiration dates to one inventory item would be valuable too. We have a variety of lot numbers with different expirations. The simple alerts for the various location help to keep us compliant when we get audited.

Great!
Great app with convenient on the go features. Good tool for our techs in the field who need to transfer tools quickly. I would definitely recommend EZOfficeInventory. You get a lot of capabilities for your money and the app makes those capabilities convenient and easy.
Functional
Overall a useful application. The ability to scan in assets and see all assets checked out to a user are particularly nice.
I would really like to see an option to search for and create users, currently you have to generate a report to find what assets a user is in possession of.

Could use some feature upgrades. Does not work without cell signal. Keeps logging me out when I want to stay logged in. Support needs some training, expediency and a willingness to help. Overall I get the feeling that the company has grown to quickly and the left hand is not talking to the right hand. If you try to use the API to create any calls, be prepared to set up your own testing environment. Overall a decent platform, but administration and support need to figure out that they work for the customer and have a responsibility to make the customer happy. Note to whomever replies to this review: posting the same "note" to every client is what I'm talking about above. If my concerns are not addressed in the response, I have no desire to keep emailing support, when I get the same pass the buck response from them.

Not intuitive
I guess once you've worked with it for a while it's easy. But starting out it's an absolute nightmare. Just plan on an hour or two to get your first item added into inventory
New Design/Layout Not an Improvment
The new updated design is not an improvement. Text is too large and truncates everything. Search also seems to not work the same as the old app.. Needs an "advanced search" to filter results.

We needed a way to track our equipment and who has it. This worked perfectly for us
